I liked the design in the hotel and the cleanliness in the room it was a bad smell in the room, I don't know why but it was there and it disturbed us.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, rooms were clean and tidy. Room 007 did have a lovely bathroom and a hugh shower. We were first put in room 007 which was on the ground floor behind reception. We had a double door, so I guess a bit more sound proof. Well we were wrong we could hear people in the reception area, the room was so hot, air con not working. And a weird banging noise through out the night. 9.30Pm we went to bed by11.40pm still couldn't sleep I went out and demanded that we be moved but we couldn't till the next day. We were moved to another room which was much better.

Location is good. Breakfast is ... really below expectation. Bread and cereal only. Cannot even find an egg... Wifi is over priced and the entire system broke down during our stay...

+Nice modern and clean rooms. +room pictures advertised are accurate, was pleasantly surprised +pc and printer for free use in reception area +breakfast was super nice +staff are friendly, speak good english and spanish -breakfast room is really small.. if you dont arrive on time it can be crowded and you need to wait for a table -no free wifi anywhere in hotel

When I tried to clarify the details of my payment the porter Haber (dark skinned guy) shouted on me: "we are in France!we are honest! And I don't know how it is in your country!" Such behavior is a shame. When I asked for management contacts he became quiet and refused to give. I can only consider this situation as a discrimination for my country Republic of Kazakhstan. And such partners just make a shame for booking.com as well. No one has asked for any excuses till present.

Most of the staff was very helpful and very nice. Location of the hotel was good. Rooms are very small and bed not very comfortable at all. Had to pay for Internet and it was horrible.

Quick response from receptionist before and during the stay The wifi charges was misleading! We were told can use the 24 hours paid wifi for many days but only 2 days at the end... Was required to pay double which was really disappointing... Also the room charge was lower when the days approaching...

Hotel was clean, quiet locations 1. rooms are very small 2. breakfast is very poor, had to asked for 2 more croissants 3. hotel does not offer any breakfast for those who leave before 7 a.m , some breakfast baskets could be very helpfull 4. staff could be more friendly , especially the night shift 5. has to offer only french channels, for this price could have some satelite TV

It's really close to Arc de Triumph, only 10 minutes walking and by walking toward it you can see the whole Arc in front of you, so you don't get lost. Of course, the price is really reasonable. Booked a room in advance, so it was cheaper than paying for it at the time of arrival.

They made good use of the small space available. There was a computer free to use No free wifi, but it's written in the description and to be expected. It's small, especially the restaurant. I guess this is because most hotels in Paris are small
