L´única habitació que es correcte, seria a la cinquena planta de l´hotel I amb balcó. Havia reservat una habitació normal sense balcó.Quant vaig veure l´habitació no m´ho podia creure era una habitació molt petita, sense llum, el llit era molt petit, I tant l´habitació com el bany eren molt bruts.Vaig baixar a la recepció I per 15 euros més em vaig allotjar a la cinquena planta en una habitació una mica més gran I amb molta llum, tot I això el llit era el mateix, I la neteja tampoc era correcte.

The location and staff were so helpful There was no room service at all. For each and everything you need to be present at the reception and collect it by yourself. Also need to ask the cleaner to do the everything.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location, within easy walking distance of everywhere and the train station. The room was clean and well maintained. A nice hotel to stay in for visiting Nice.

The room is nice and big...got free water and free wifi...near shopping and restaurants...The hotel staff is good... The room looks like very clean but actually the floor is very dirty...I didnt wear shoes inside the room and walk around...my leg become very dirty...

Spent 4 nights at Le Florence 27-31st October 2011. Took bus 98 from airport which stopped at Place Massena, 5 minutes walk from hotel. The location is excellent. Next to Tram, almost 7 minutes walk to Railway station and easy 5-10 min walk to sea and Promenade Des Anglais, Bus station, flower market and Old Nice. My room was 503. Small but very nice if you don't want something big and fancy. Suitable for rest. I think that the breakfast is not as cheap as it should. And also my room (and I don't think it was only my room) was not voice insulated.

The Hotel was in a brilliant position, situated within easy walking distance of the Massena square and the beach, the train station was a short walk so we were able to easily hop on a train to Monaco and Monte Carlo or Cannes. The hotel was comfortable and tastefully decorated and the staff on reception were very helpful.

Great location in central Nice, close to the old town, beach and shopping, and easy access to the station. Friendly and helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Room was clean and comfortable with a fridge.

Stayed here before. Hotel is comfortable in a good location - close to station, seafront, shops and sights. Standard double rooms are a little on the small side, but as we only used the hotel for sleeping, this was not an issue. Most hotel rooms within this area of Nice are of similar size.

The male desk clerk during the day shift was very helpful and nice. Location was good on tram route and near needed businesses The beds were very hard, made your body ache. The internet offered was very, very slow, the floors could be mopped with hot soapy water they were very dirty.

The rooms were compact but very clean. Location to city centre was exellent. Staff during the day were very helpful. Night staff took ahwile to come to desk when we were waiting for our key (needed to leave with reception when left hotel). Foyer area smelt damp.

Very clean room, very small as well. The distance from the train station is quite far. Not like it described on the website. Feel disappointed about this, I have to walk a long way from train station to the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful service Cleaners did an excellent job Breakfast was good, good variety and nicely presented Hotel was ideally situated for Nice and the railway station Room was very quiet even though near a busy street Would definitely recommend it to friends and family Thank you The only thing we missed were coffee/tea making facilities, but these were available in the bar at an extra cost

Its quiet location and price combined to recommend it but especially praise for its friendly staff from previous visitors, which we can endorse. Hotel Le Florence is within walking distance of sncf station, major bus stops, Promenade des Anglais and the old town of Nice; it's beside main shopping street, pedestrianised (except for tram). A great variety of restaurants are nearby. There is a nice, relaxing bar area on first floor. Free internet facilities. Lip service paid to 'eco-friendly' wishes of guests eg: non-changing of towels daily.
