Jeg kunne godt lide den gode stemning og det flinke personale - den centrale beliggenhed - at det var et ikke ryger hotel og at hotellet var meget økovenligt og at der var meget renligt. |

The location was excellent with the tramway right in front of the hotel. The junior suite terrace was rather small for a "suite" and would rather pass for a double room with capacity for an extra bed/canape. The bathroom was also small with the WC squeezed in close to the wall and right infront of the washhand basin. There was no electric kettle/tea service in the rooms, rather strange for a 3*. I also had to take a double room in addition as the hotel would not allow 2 adults, 3 enfants(all less than 8 yr) and a baby in the Junior suite terrace. This would normally not be the case in other hotels i have stayed in. |

We chose this hotel due to proximity of half way between beach & railway station. Wi-fi worked in our room and there was a lift. The bed was old & lumpy-springs may have been worn |

The hotel is close to everything, shops, beach, train. The staff were pleasant and the room clean, we loved the terrace. That the room was smaller than advertised, not what i would call a junior suite size, more a double room with sofa bed, however the lovely terrace made up for this |

Its location and breakfast. We were staying in room 201 and the room was extreemly small. Not enough space to put our luggages and walk around the beds. I think that the hotel needs re decoration. |

Location is very central. Staff very kind. We booked a suite and a picture was shown in booking.com. It seemed spacious and comfortable from the picture, but we got a small room which cannot be defined as a suite, and not the one in the picture. |

The location is great (in the centre of Nice, right on the shopping street), the breakfast was really delicious and a great variety of meals, free wi-fi, very helpful and nice staff. Room number 103 is very very awful, there is a big problem the sink as it didn't work and all the dirty water came out, so some things from previous guests come up to us, there was also very strange smell in the bathroom and it was too small, it was very hard to take a shower there, as all my elbows were hit with walls and shower amenities. Anyway, the hotel needs to be refreshed a little. |

very good location within easy reach of train/bus.. the welcome from the english-speaking staff was excellent and they were very helpful... the double-bed room was kept very clean and was a comfortable size for one person.. the self-service breakfast was good and the dining area kept clean and tables cleared regularly the only minor fault was that the design of bathroom: the shower head installed on a side wall instead of the back wall would give more room of movement in the small space and the shelf above the wash basin needed to be placed higher to make it easier to wash face without banging head on shelf and causing lots of water to splash on floor! |

It was in the heart of nice close to all shops and people were hanging out. Beach was 5 minutes walk as well. Train station was about 12 minutes walk. Tram ran right in front of our hotel and could take you to train station or beach within minutes. |

The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and location was within walking distance of everything Area was a bit rough at weekend nights. Our stay was marred by purse being pinched on the tram on our departure we recommend you don't use them if you have luggage. Could hotel maybe warn guests about this |
