close to everything shopping restaurants sight seeing beaches bathroom too small. Difficult to sit on the toiletas it is in a very small corner |

The room was spacious enough for 3 persons as I had booked it. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate requests. The elevator was a little small, especially for those with big suitcases. A little far from the train station; however it was relatively accessible to the Promenade and other areas. |

good location, helpful staff, nearbyparking, shops around the corner, close to the main busy area of Nice. Generally convenient Room was a bit too small, but clean. Bathroom was really tight. Access to hotel with a car is a little bit of trouble |

The people at the Reception Desk were extremely friendly and helpful, and there was a wide choice at breakfast. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

We liked our stay in Grand Hotel Le Florence , it was very comfort,clean, the staff was very helpful, and the location of the hotel was perfect. The only thing we didn't like was the coffee that was served during breakfast in the hotel. All kind of coffee's from the machine were not tasty and wasn't real coffee. |

Very efficient at check-in and friendly staff. Room comfortable and breakfast adequate. Very quick to resolve TV problem. Problem of condensation in bathroom, leading to mould on ceiling above bath. Bathroom extractor looked dirty. |

Situated in largely traffic-free street very close to the main shopping district. Very convenient to excellent local public transport and only one tram stop away from main railway station. Effective aircon in bedroom. Staff friendly, helpful and multilingual. The room was small, poorly illuminated and wardrobe space was very limited |

good location easy walking distance to both rail station and beach front - alos close to shops - on a pedestrian street so no traffic - although the hotel was full when we were there it was very quiet in the rooms- comfortable beds and good pillows ! |
