The location and staff were so helpful

There was no room service at all. For each and everything you need to be present at the reception and collect it by yourself. Also need to ask the cleaner to do the everything.

Location - in the city center, not far from Promenade des Anglais and Place Massena, wi-fi free of charge, friendly staff.

Spent 4 nights at Le Florence 27-31st October 2011. Took bus 98 from airport which stopped at Place Massena, 5 minutes walk from hotel. The location is excellent. Next to Tram, almost 7 minutes walk to Railway station and easy 5-10 min walk to sea and Promenade Des Anglais, Bus station, flower market and Old Nice. My room was 503. Small but very nice if you don't want something big and fancy. Suitable for rest.

I think that the breakfast is not as cheap as it should. And also my room (and I don't think it was only my room) was not voice insulated.

The Hotel was in a brilliant position, situated within easy walking distance of the Massena square and the beach, the train station was a short walk so we were able to easily hop on a train to Monaco and Monte Carlo or Cannes. The hotel was comfortable and tastefully decorated and the staff on reception were very helpful.

Stayed here before. Hotel is comfortable in a good location - close to station, seafront, shops and sights.

Standard double rooms are a little on the small side, but as we only used the hotel for sleeping, this was not an issue. Most hotel rooms within this area of Nice are of similar size.

You'd better describe cleary that breakfast is including or not.

Can't think of anything, maybe decor in corridors is dated and requires refurbishment?

The only thing we missed were coffee/tea making facilities, but these were available in the bar at an extra cost

The position is really good. You can take a train easily. It really closes to main street.

Rooms comfortable, beds comfortable, staff friendly nice to have a lounge to relax in...Great location, 10 mins walk to the train station, or the sea front and 30 seconds to the shops! Perfect for a girls weekend break..

The only thing we found was that when fellow residents-not sure if above us or next door walked around the room and opened doors etc it sounded like a herd of elephants! recommend bath mats in the baths as could be slippery.
