As we arrived early for our checkin the lady at reception was very helpful in talking our luggage till our room was ready. The location is perfect for touring the city, the tram is just round the corner. The main shoping area in Nice is right on your doorstep. This Hotel is not the Ritz but it's not charging you Ritz rate ! It's the best value you'll find at that rate in Nice. The shower was way to small and so was the lift. |

Highly recommended hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are of a "regular size" but quite nice and clean. Breakfast is very good. Exellent location in the city center but without much noise. |

Booking.com proved to be an honourable organization when we had a slight problem about a night's cancellation. Both the hotel and booking.com were very professional and made our stay more enjoyable. |

We stayed in a Jr Suite, which was quite comfortable for 2 people. There was an elevator outage during our stay and staff was very helpful getting our bags down the stairs at checkout. Staff was also very helpful directing us to the tram and bus stops. The breakfast was reasonably priced and fairly extensive compared to others we experienced on our trip. Access to the internet on the house computer should have been free. |

Excellent location - 10 minutes walk from train and bus stain (direct bus to airport), beachfront, and very close to restaurants, shops and old city. Staff spoke good English and were extremely helpful with advice, bus timetables and maps. Noon bookout and storage of our luggage after this meant that we could really enjoy our day in Nice before leaving for the airport. 24-hour cafe allowed one member of our party to have a very early morning coffee before leaving for an early flight. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms cleaned well every day and towels changed. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with croisants bread eggs fruit cereal hams and cheese. The hotel is in an excellent location, a supermarket and restaurant/bar on either side and walking distance to the main shopping area and the old town. I would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend it highly enough. |

I love that we got a room with one of the terraces overlooking the rooftops of Nice. The hotel was very pretty, comfortable bar area and somewhat cosy breakfast room. Staff were friendly. There were eggs for breakfast, which was great. It was also good value for Nice, and it's conveniently located with good public transport. |

The staff was ok, friendly, good English. The position was extremely good, 5mins away from main shopping street (Jean Medecin), 1 tram station away from Gare SNCF,3 stations from Gare Routiere and 1-2 stations from Old City and Promenade. Room small, remote for TV not working, v small balcony (20 cm wide) |

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is not bad. Compare the room price to some other hotels in Nice and you will realise what you're gonna get. I did not like it al all! The rooms and corridors are dark and dingy and it smelled like old cigarette smoke. The initial plan was to stay for 3 days, we checked out after the first night. |

The hotel was central, right opposite the tram stop. Within walking distance of the old town. Our room was very clean, and the shower was powerful - not at all like some of the watering-cans I've had in other hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was a little disappointing but nonetheless sufficient. |

Breakfast, Room and staff We got room at first floor where is the bar as well and is open 24/7 so during the night it was loud we had to wait till everyone will be gone before we could sleep!! So my advice do not take room between the numbers 101-109 !!! |
