とにかく、フロントスタッフがとても親切で、最高のホスピタリティに大満足です。買い物にも便利ですし、ニ- ース市内宿泊の場合は、またここに泊まりたいと思います。母と妹と3人でしたが、部屋も大変広く、アメニテ- ィもオーガニックのものでよかったです。この価格で、この快適さは大変おすすめです。 |

スタッフは親切で、良いレストランを紹介してくれた。トラム、SNCFの駅、スーパーマーケットなどに近く- 、便利。 廊下や隣の部屋の音がかなり聞こえる。値段相応かもしれないが安普請。部屋もやや狭く、特にバスタブなしの- 部屋は圧迫感を感じる。あくまでも経済的に便利な市内に泊まりたい向きに推奨。 |

良い点--> 部屋の空調がよく効いている。冷蔵庫がある。立地がよい。提携の地下駐車場が近くにある。海も歩いていける- 。買いものが近くでできる。 部屋が狭い。フロントまで階段が何段かある。エレベータが来るのが遅い。ドライヤーのホースに穴があいてい- た。部屋掃除の方がタオル一式忘れていた。 |

スタッフはとても親切。場所は中心地で動くのに便利。隣にスーパーがあるのも便利。トラムの駅に近いので、- 帰りに空港へ帰る際のバスターミナルまでもトラムで行かれるので便利。 壁がうすいのか隣の部屋の声がよく聞こえた。部屋とbathroomが少し狭い。 |

ニース駅と海岸通りの中間にあり、とても便利。旧市街にも、長距離バスターミナルにも近くレストランの並ぶ- マセナ通りも近い。バスタブとメニューの豊富な朝食は、価格以上の値打ち。 |

市街地中心にあり、駅にも程近くて行動するにはとても便利でした。 壁の埃やベッドカバーの汚れが気になりました。それ以外は特に気になるようなことは何もなく快適に過ごせた- と思います。スタッフの方もとても気さくな方ばかりでした。 |

The staff were very kind and the hotel is located near the tram station, shopping center and the train station. The wall seems thin and the sound next room can be heard. |

Convenient location, very friendly staff. The room was good size. The towels were changed every day, there was no damp smell. The carpet wasn't very clean and the room could be very warm during summer. |

As we arrived early for our checkin the lady at reception was very helpful in talking our luggage till our room was ready. The location is perfect for touring the city, the tram is just round the corner. The main shoping area in Nice is right on your doorstep. This Hotel is not the Ritz but it's not charging you Ritz rate ! It's the best value you'll find at that rate in Nice. The shower was way to small and so was the lift. |

Highly recommended hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are of a "regular size" but quite nice and clean. Breakfast is very good. Exellent location in the city center but without much noise. |

Booking.com proved to be an honourable organization when we had a slight problem about a night's cancellation. Both the hotel and booking.com were very professional and made our stay more enjoyable. |

We stayed in a Jr Suite, which was quite comfortable for 2 people. There was an elevator outage during our stay and staff was very helpful getting our bags down the stairs at checkout. Staff was also very helpful directing us to the tram and bus stops. The breakfast was reasonably priced and fairly extensive compared to others we experienced on our trip. Access to the internet on the house computer should have been free. |
