The location, was in a central position, easy to walk to restaurants, beach etc Room was literally in the attic. Very dark as had tiny window so not much natural light. Bedside table missing from one side of the bed and other one was think in a layer of dust.Bedding was blankets.... duvets would have been much nicer. |

staff excellent and very helpful got standard twin room; very small and basic. Shower creme dispenser empty all weekend and no soap left in room on 2nd night . wardrobe terrible with holes in wall on inside. corridors claustrophobic with no air or window. preferred breakfast area in front of hotel, not room on 3rd floor - converted bedroom, so didn't get breakfast. would have paid for upgrade but don't think the room we got was good value for off season rate. reluctant to stay/book ever again |

The location was all that the hotel had going for it. The room was dirty and very small. It was pointless having a wardrobe and a desk as you were unable to sit at the desk or open the wardrobe door due to the bed being in the way. |

most of the staff were very helpful. One lady however was dowright rude when our credit cards didn't work. Only after insisting, she agreed to look at the machine, which did turn out ot be faulty. No apologies of any kind offered. |

The location of this hotel is in the centre of Biarritz. Key points: 1)We booked a”junior suit” which had a picture on the internet showing a balcony with partial sea-view. However, the room we got was small, dark with no balcony and had clear noise from a old fashion elevator that is just a thin wall apart. Due to lack of air ventilation, the toilet stink filled the room. The window facing a wall of another building, which is merely 2 meters away (explains why it is dark and lack of air). The room only has the space for a narrow double bed, plus a narrow bed sofa. 2)When we asked for another room, the front desk manager was rude and gave one untruthful statement after the other, and tried to over-charge us. |

the hotel was in a central location good to get anywhere. Our second room with a balcony was very good. The air conditioning was very much needed and worked well. Not so much about the hotel but booking .com got my reservation wrong and did not book a seaview for me like I asked so for the first two day we were put in a room called courtyard view what a joke we had a great bit concrete wall to look out on. bookingcom did sort it for us but we missed out on two days in an awful room i did book it in May and it did spoil it for us. The hotel was very good though. |

Good location and breakfast, friendly staff. Public parking is only steps away - although there is a cost. It is situated in a lovely but very noisy part of Biarritz, next to bars and restaurants that are busy until the early hours. There is no air conditioning. Gueste must choose between opening the windows to get fresh air - and not getting any sleep because of the noise - or sleeping in a very hot room. PLEASE ask the hotel to install air conditioning. |

Beds were comfy and room was large. This may sound random, but the toilet paper roll was behind the toilet which made it hard to reach, and also when you did grab some paper and pulled, the roll would not spin and you would end up with lots of small pieces of torn paper. It was very frustrating! This should be fixed in any relevant rooms. Also there was no fridge. |

Close to the beach and coastal attractions I did not like the extra charge of €10 per nite for having 3 people in a room when it was advertised as a family room at €170 |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location which is great and from my point of view, was not on a hill! The activity in the locale, restaurants, church, music. Well, I had to ask for a bedside table. Also a lamp to enable me to read in bed. This should not have been necessary. |
