Excellent Location - ideal for Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and Arch de Triomphe. Bathroom was very clean, tidy and modern. Nice bars and restaurants

New bath didnt have a shower curtain or guard so could not be used, so had to use bath. Window was not secure and could be opened when locked. reported to reception

Location is very nice.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. And a nice shower. It was a great area location wise. We were very close to the Trocadero, just minutes from a full view of the Eiffel Tower. And lots of restaurants and bars

The lifts were a bit slow going up and down. And as we were on the fifth floor we couldnt take the stairs

The hotel has been recently renewed. It is very clean, comfortable, and practical.

The lift was out of service during 3 long days!

Optimal location, good size of rooms for Paris, new furniture in room and toilet, very friendly personal.

The only minus is the slow internet. It is true that is free of charge, but when you need to find some info, especially map/image it is very annoying to wait 5 minutes to see it.

Staff very Friendly .Hotel Located in Excellent Location only a few minute walk from all major attractions.our room was great very clean and extremely comfortable.Breakfast was nice too.

The hotel appeared to be doing work on floor three and four at the time of our stay. there was a smell of paint throughout the hotel but nothing to bad .

The location of the hotel was great! You can find the supermarket near the hotel. The wi-fi was free and you can use for 24 hours in the room. The breakfast looks great. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can book the shuttle bus to the air port in the front desk and it only spen eur 16 per person.I Will stay in this hotel in my next trip to Paris.

The room was very small and even though I requested a room away from the renovation, I was given a room directly below a room that was being renovated.

Terrible wi-fi system both at lobby and the rooms, 2 terribly rude (one at personnel & one at breakfast service) and non-helpful personnel that reduced the personnel evaluation by 3 points, hotel was during some construction during the stay that was not mentioned at all during the booking

Personnel is helpful and well prepared, at reception you can find all answers to your questions in details. Rooms are fantastic and clean, bathroom is well furnished. Surely, for the next trip I will book room from this hotel and I am recommending to choose this hotel to all, who are preparing trip to Paris.

The only minus was slow internet. It is free of charge, but when you want to find some info very fast, internet speed is boring. When hotel will solve this issue they can upgrade to 4 star :)

Hotel is very closer to Eiffell tower and Champ-elysees. You can reach both with a few minutes walk. Staff was very helpfull , we learnt too many things about the city from the recepcionist.

Only the towels are not smelling good. This is not because of their cleanness, it should be about the detergent they use.

It was close to the main attractions and not too far from the metro and had a convenience store just next to it. The rooms, though old, were clean and in good condition. Service was fantastic!

It was under renovations. It was not much to look at from the outside.

Some Staff was very unfriendly. I think they need of us..but they don´t think about this. They need learn about freudly und smile...

Good location, friendly receptionist!

Location between Etoile and Trocadero allowed us to walk there and to Metro stop. Since we stayed 5 nights, we were in a fairly quiet room in the back. Day shift staff was helpful and helped provide a booking for van transport to CDG that saved a lot of hastle. Small market was a couple of doors down. Breakfast was good by Paris standards.

Night staff was not helpful. Air conditioning was not working even though the control unit in the room seemed to be operational. The clerk said "just open the window like 20 years ago in the States". The prices, however, were not from 20 years ago even if the facilities were at least that old. I found silverfish (bugs) in the bathroom on two occasions. I think that the price is at the high end of the 3 star locations as well as the cost of the buffet breakfast (16 eu per).

The location is super. 10 min to Tour Eiffel, 15 min to Arc de Triomph. Quiet hotel with nice infrastructure. There is a shop Careffure nireby and a nice italian restaurant.

Tiny rooms, but not a problem for one person.
