friendly staff; since i stayed for a few nights, i really appreciated that there was a kitchenette equipped with basic kitchenware. i've had quite a comfortable stay. wifi is not for free. and the room could be cleaner. |

The rooms were adequate and the location fairly central. For a family of six the breakfast was far too expensive and we elected to eat elsewhere. My granddaughters were also disappointed that the swimming pool was not open. The surrounding area was not easy for driver unfamiliar with the town. |

Hotel rooms and bath rooms are big enough compare to many French hotels. Location is not good; no service at all. |

Closeness to the centre of Aix, value for money, off street secure car parking, equipment of apartment, general cleanliness of apartment Dingy, in need of refurbishment, main corridor and breakfast area carpets stained with oils and food, bedroom chair seats loose, shower access doors loose with screws missing such that I has to release my wife who got trapped inside, toilet seat hinges loose, balcony furniture stained - dirty and stained, outdoor sun umbrella faded (as were all the others on the same floor all the way along), Flowers tubs needed re-planting, water ingress at corner of balcony sliding door, main hotel access door areas dusty and surrounding garden in need of attention - we could not understand how it markets itself under the Exclusive hotels brand. However a quick programme of concerted maintenance and heavy cleaning would economically solve the problem |

This hotel is fairly close to Cours Mirabeau (about 15 min walk) but the area it is in is not the best, though apparently safe enough. The lady at the front desk was very well informed and helpful to us. The price seemed reasonable. The room was very small and the bathroom tiny! Maid service one day was totally incomplete but the lady at the front desk personally finished the cleaning and supplying of the room. |

The location was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Our room had a huge balcony. The room was a bit too small. When we expanded the sofa into 2 beds, there was no room to walk around. |

We enjoyed the swimming pool and location. Not really enough space for 4 people. |

The bed was fairly comfortable. The staff were friendly. The cheap and nasty toiletries (in Provence for goodness sake!) and the huge elderly t.v. ( attached dangerously to a socket almost hanging from the wall...), conveyed a feeling of contempt for the client. There was black mould and strange bulbous swellings above the bath. The decor was dreary, dated and totally charmless. |

Location in Aix was near enough centre to walk but nice and quiet. Aix is one of the best cities we have ever visited. You had to be a bit of an athlete to climb into the raised and small shower cabinet. |

Its location Our party was of four. As there were no rooms available but one for four, we took it . it was very unconfortable, this room is not suited for for four adults. |

Excellent location, just a short walk from center of city, train station, bus station (drop off for coach from TGV station outside the city) but on a quiet street. Room was smallish for 3 people but well designed and equipped to sleep four in double bed and daybed plus trundle. Separate WC--always a plus--and large bathroom. Pool was beautiful and lots of deck chairs to catch the Provencal sun. I can't imagine a better choice in Aix for the combination of location and facilities and I know the city well from having studied here. 10-minute walk to nearest bakeries, 15 minutes to Monoprix food store. But it's an easy, flat walk, so it was no big deal for us. |

Central location and parking There were very noisy guests, drinking at the pool and being obnoxious at night. Front desk staff seemed passive about the situation. |

It was very close to the city centre- only about a 10 minute walk. The decor needed updating and the cleaner did not come to clean our room on the second day even though we specially requested that the room be cleaned. |

We had a studio with a balcony and found the accommodation to be good value for money. The parking garage in the basement of the building was very convenient. |

The hotel is conveniently located near the fountains and old city. Parking underground is very convenient. The desk staff were friendly. The rooms are well laid-out. The furnishings and upholstery were worn out and looked dirty. The room service never came to the room to tidy up. We complained on check-out. From the response, I gather this is a frequent problem. |

The receptionist Too many problems (elevator did not work, Internet didn't work in the first room, one of the sockets in the room did not work and so on). The room is strangely structured |

Studio formule is interessant. Het is aangenaam om in de studio te kunnen koken. In de 2-persoonsstudio was er maar 1 stoel. Bestek was een allegaartje. Het tweede mes had geen handvat meer. |
