Emily and Alex treated the 8 of us like old friends. They were so warm and hospitable and made our stay extremely memorable. They were so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. Everything was perfect in an older era style of motel. A great time for a short stay. Thankyou
very well located. Very friendly staff and you feel like at home! I would definitly recommend it!
Nothing to say here
Very close the metro staton and very cloce to the centre of Lyon
Quiet personal cosy and compact hotel with bus stop & metro just around the corner- perfect for a single traveller
Especially, the staff was very kind and helpful.
Location was excellent for city and conference center, close to public transport also. Fiendly and professional staff. Good breakfast
friendly staff, good location
A very helpful and welcoming patron greeted us. Superb room with lovely high ceilings and shutters overlooking a quiet plane tree avenue. Easy to walk to Old Lyon and bus route to Cite Internationale. Would highly recommend for a visit to this fabulous city
Friendly, helpful staff Pleasant, comfortable room Good breakfasts Moderate pricing Very good location Blends with its environment.
Some awkward passages to negotiate with large suitcases.
Location was good for an overnight stopover.
Room was hot and air con ineffective. We had one towel for a double room and no robes. Breakfast was ok.
Excellent location. Nice, comfortable and French city style. Friendly staff. All you expect from a 4 star hotel.
good kind staff, easy access to the old town
Noise- hallways and neighbouring rooms- I could clearly hear the man next door throwing up, because the walls were paper thin Air con wouldn't work Couldn't dial out Cramped room Not worth 93€ per night No tea/coffee facilities in room
Very nice and helpful reception; location is close to metro.
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this hotel
Location within easy walking distanbce of the Parc Tete d'Or as well as the central dining district across the Rhone just past the Opera building.
Not much sound insulation from the area outside the rooms. Although there wasn't a lot of foot traffic, the doors did not offer much in the way of a barrier if people wer outside your room (on the 2nd floor). But this was not really an issue, as there was no noise in th early morning, just one evening, with a group returning to their room.
location, parking possibilities, staff
Limited English, Wifi was really poor so we had to buy internet in a nearby shop.
very well located, 5 minutes walk to the center. Staff was friendly.
There is no internal elevator if you have a baby as us, ask for a room on the main floor.
Toilet ceiling fall off Breakfast is so so
Located conveniently within walking distance to center, old town and restaurants. Seven-Eleven type store next door.
This is NOT a hotel but a bed and breakfast place! Putting itself in the same 4-star category as the Hilton is absolutely ridiculous. The place is a former apartment cheaply built into tiny rooms, no international TV channels, 1 socket in the bedroom, 1 socket in the bathroom, old furniture you would expect to find at a flea market... Worst of all was the fact that you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING, creaky floors and paper-thin walls make you think someone else is in your room when they talk, etc. Breakfast was good but you feel like a total nuisance having to ask the one person working the reception and serving for everything. More coffee, bread, hard boiled eggs? Awful. This deserves no international category stars at all, and the term "hotel" should be avoided for lack of any of the standard amenities. Very disappointing!
Very good hotel, large rooms, good place, very nice personal. Thank you.
The room was clean and confortable The position his really close to the centre
