Ideal location. Very clean. Staff very friendly.

Good location,easy access to both beach and shops . Friendly staff, 24hr desk service. So nice Courtyard decoration . The quiet room with window to Courtyard with the beautiful fountain. Breakfast at their cost.

We really loved the deco at the hotel, the room was small but really nice and comfortable. We enjoyed having an electric boiler in the room. The location is very good, the hotel is on a very commercial street and two minutes from the beach (one block away)

We think breakfast is quite expensive at the hotel. We'd rather have it in the nearby cafes.

CLEAN, plenty of hot water. Good location, central. Good soundproofing.

Awful lift, way too small. Room was far too small to manouevre around, with 2 adults in it! lack of comfy seating in hotel, at bar and breakfast. very basic in some ways. hardly any clothes hangers in wardrobe.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. For the price, a great place to stay.

The location is great, the staff is very friendly and the room size is good which includes a desk. I like the option of express breakfast to eat something quickly e leave. The staff is really nice...my emails were answered fast, they booked cap, they printed my flight ticket and gave me some tourist hints.

My preference is for softer pilows than what I found in the hotel.

Perfect location close to everything, the staff couldn't be more helpful and attentive. Rooms looked like they had just been decorated and were very clean.

I stayed in a double twin bedded room at the 4th floor. The room was very good, except that we had some blinking lights in the ceiling, which we complained about several times, but they did not do anything about it. The location of the hotel was very good.

We were a group of seven persons. Some stayed in single rooms and some shared a double room/twin-bedded room. The standard of the rooms were very variable. There were two rooms on ground floor which were not good. They were small, dark, and the smell was bad! One in our group was put in one of those rooms, but she could not stay there. She got another room on 3rd floor, but she had to pay more money for this (after being told not to at first)! This was very bad service, we booked our rooms in February!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Its conveniently located near to the beach as well as car park. A nice cosy hotel suitable for young couple.

Location was good

The room was average and unfortunately because it was on the ground floor a bit noisy as it is just off the lobby. Also, dark because it was not possible to leave curtains open since the windows open to a common area. Staff was O.K., but I had just come from Italy and it might have been a difference in culture or perhaps because Nice is a larger city.

The staff were brilliant,very friendly from the moment i arrived to the moment i left,the staff at reception would always greet with a friendly smile. The location was super,an easy walk/stroll to the main pedestrian area and old town,felt very safe walking around the area at all times of the day and night and i was staying there on my own,even walking back late at night after meeting friends for dinner and drinks

The room needed some tea/making facilities but this wasnt really a big deal,a fridge would have been nice,but again,no big deal

Comfort, cleanliness, location. Just one block from the Promenade de Anglais and the sea and a few blocks from Place Messena and the old town.

I found it to be a very nice quiet hotel very central and the staff are all very helpful and pleasant.

The staff was very kind

I was staying in ground floor, try to avoid. The room was not 100% clean. Too expensive for what you get.

- Free Wi-Fi - Location is good, not far from beach - Staff was very helpful and polite (There was russian speaking person)

- Room was very small - Walls are so thin that I heard as sombody snored in the next room - No minibar or refrigerator in the room

Great for a night's stay on the way back by train from Tende to London,

Fantastic staff, good breakfast, room was newly renovated and extremely clean

Wifi was extremely difficult to use, we paid for a double room which was far more expensive than a twin and still got a twin room wIth the beds pushed together (not joined in any way)

Had a lift so I did not have to drag my luggage up/down stairs.

Perfect Location. Very very near the beach. Clean. New Room. Beautiful room. Decoration. Beautiful Garden (Fontaine). Nice receptionist. Good bed. Good Shower.
