The hotel is located in a very green area close to a forest with a nice pool in the garden. We did not have a chance to use the pool as we stayed in April. The staff were nice & friendly but unable to speak and understand English properly, spesifically at room service and the restaurant. The waiters even do not understand what a spoon is. Because this is an international chain hotel of Accor, we expected the staff to be more trained in English , not only French. We stayed two days with our five month old son. Eventhough we have requested a quiet room , our room was placed at the same floor with reception, getting all the noise from the lobby & reception area. The rroms on the reception floor transfer the sound from the corridor in extreme so we recommend that you stay on an upper floor if you prefer this hotel for a restfull stay.

Good value for money Too far from centre of town and not suitable for those without their own transport. There are insufficient taxis in the area and a one way journey to town can cost €30. obviously this is not the fault of the hotel but I would not recommend staying here if you are attending conferences at Insead.

No hassles. Had all the things I needed. Clean and not too expensive. The room service food was tasty and not too expensive. It was one of the few hotels available at short notice! The wifi works ok, but the system is slightly annoying for mobile users. The bed was a little creaky and uncomfortable. Breakfast could have been better - notably the eggs and coffee.

Nous avons apprécié le super accueil du personnel , la propreté et l'espace de vie de la chambre ....la salle de bain et la super penderie dans l'entrée !! Une réception avec un bel espace autour , une cheminée fort agréable et un super restaurant , où nous avons déjeuné le lendemain . Un parking mieux adapté serait le bien venu .

O entorno do hotel. O layout dos móveis no quarto é muito estranho. A cama de casal de um dos lados fica tão proxima da parede que quase inviabiliza o acesso por ali. O acesso ao hotel mesmo com gps é dificil. Há apenas uma placa pequena na estrada. A internet só está liberada para e-mails.

Il n y a pas d'aération dans la salle de bain, ni dans les wc. Pas de chauffage le matin dans la salle de bain. La moquette est sale est mériterait d'être changée. Mauvaise insonorisation. J'avais réservé une chambre pour deux personnes et il y avaits -3- lits dont un double, donc manque de place. Je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux pour un Novotel !

Sa proximité de la superbe ville de Fontainebleau. La propreté du spa est indigne d'un hôtel 3 étoiles! Trop de bruit: les enfants courent dans les couloirs pendant des heures jusqu'à 23h00, et le personnel ne dit rien! La chambre est rudimentaire, dépassée en regard des autres hôtels de cvette gamme.

A moins de 2km de mes amis où je passais le réveillon de la Saint- Sylvestre Calme. Bien adapté pour réunion/convention d'affaires. Je n'ai pas réussi à trouver d'ascenseur (et on ne m'a indiqué que les escaliers). La moquette des couloirs est ancienne. L'interphone pour entrée parking pour arrivée est mal indiqué. Il y a également peu de panneaux routiers d'indications de l'hôtel mais il est relativement facile à trouver à partir de la sortie d'autoroute.
