Location - close to shops, sightseeing, yet not noisy. The room and bathroom were luxurious. Food was lovely. Staff knew our names. The hotel smells amazing!

Location. Friendly staff. Separate toilet and bathroom - not comfortable. We stayed in the old part of the hotel - not the best part... I needed to print some papers from Internet - it was not easy because a computer for guests was broken - in a 5 star hotel!!!

Thw hotel has a unique, comfortable and generous environement ; The staff were proficient and very cooperative; Two things we admired most : The spa was one of a kind , and the sophistication that the hotel takes care of from tiny to vast details ; which make it have its own charm :) Thumbs upp Highly recommended

Location and late hours restaurant. Toilet is separate from the bathroom, small and located next to the entrance. So to wash your hands you should cross the room.

Mooie ruime kamer met veel luxe elementen. Zoals gevraagd met extra ledikant voor onze dochter. Bedje was mooi opgemaakt en er lagen nog een knuffeldoekje en rammelknuffeltje in. Bedje had ook een goed matrasje en er was een speciale luieremmer. Er was zelfs genoeg ruimte voor het stallen van de kinderwagen zonder dat deze in de weg stond. De babysit service is ideaal. Het geeft je als ouders de mogelijkheid met je baby een stedentrip te maken en toch momenten voor elkaar te hebben. Ook de conciërge is erg goed. We konden alles vragen en het werd geregeld. Het ontbijt in Le Diane is fantastisch maar daar is de prijs ook naar alhoewel, een ontbijt in een tentje aan de Champs-Elyssee was ook kostbaar en de kwaliteit twijfelachtig. Roomservice was soms iets te enthousiast met opruimen van items die besteld waren en nog niet op waren. Zo was ineens ons torentje chocolade en fles champagne weg. Uiteraard is dit wel goed opgelost maar toch.

отношение персонала и почти всех сотрудников консьерж-службы достойно высочайшей оценки. немного старомодный, но весьма изысканный дизайн. великолепная кухня ресторана. отель - хорошее отражение парижа - слегка заносчивый, но очаровательный. сильно завышенные цены на дополнительные услуги (заказ цветов и пр.) консьерж-службы.

Le Grand LUXE : emplacement privilégié, personnel à votre écoute, chambre incroyable, Spa luxueux. Les chambres luxe avec vue sur les Champs Elysées. Cher mais souvenir exceptionnel.

роскошные номера, безумно удобные кровати. всю неделю перед поездкой безуспешно пытался найти столик в хорошем ресторане. по приезду обратился с такой просьбой к консьержу, нашел столик в le catelan за пол часа) очень дорогие услуги в отеле. девушка хотела сделать укладку феном - поросили 150 евро. хилинький спа.

Красивый отель, приветливый персонал. Прекрасный завтрак. Очень удобное местоположение. В гардеробной, а она без двери, датчик движения, и свет включается самостоятельно. Пришлось попросить отключить его на время пребывания.
