A luxurious and beautiful hotel. Excellent location close to Promenade, and a really nice pool on the top. Helpful staff (as it should be in a 4-star hotel). |

private parking, location was good. Lighting in the room was very poor. In general the standard of the room was not what you would expect from a four star hotel. for the price vi paid we would not recomend this hotel. |

Hotel was very nice, decor was lovely. Rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning. Pool area was small but very nice. Locaction was very nclse to beach and on the main promenade. The hotel was expensive and it was also expensive to eat there. |

the hotel wasnt in the best location for the old town, a good 15-20 min walk, but it was an oasis of style, functionality and good service. very comfortable beds, air con, comp.soft drinks in mini bar. Breakfast was 21 euros extra pp wasnt worth it :( 1xtea +1xcoffee at pool bar 11 euros! |

Morden design of the room! No shower curtain in the bath room, only half glass, flooding after shower! Just fair location, a little bit walk to center! The hotel did not do anything on my birthday, even I mention to them! Disappointed! |

Pillow menus should be available - this is fairly standard around the world. Room was not cleaned timely. Pool staff did not offer any table service when we went for a pre dinner drink. Bar fridge a joke. |

Convenience to the town and sea front . Roof top pool was very useful in view of the very hot weather we encountered. I thought the cost of drinks and Breakfast was not good value therefore went elsewhere. Reduce the prices and double the satisfied customers |

whole stay was not what we expected. usually 4 star hotel means good service but not in sheraton nice. service overall, in breakfast room, in front desk (messed our restaurant reservation twice) and also on pool there were no service at all and waiter provided wrong drinks after 40mins waiting. |

Nice design, quiet rooms, close to the shopping area, close to the beach The hotel was generally very good, although the breakfast is a bit pricey (€21/pp) so we went to a nearby brasserie on the beach to have breakfast for half price. We asked the hotel to arrange the airport taxi for us but the taxi company (driver) couldn't give us a receipt, which is unacceptable. The hotel should use another company or just look into this problem. |

We found the hotel to be a pleasant surprise in terms of value for money. We were treated like guests, and everything ran smoothly. The pool on the roof overlooking the sea was amazing. Very well appointed. |

Location of hotel was good. However, it is a bit deceptive because it is located just off Promenade de Anglais. Room was modern, clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was expensive so we didn't eat at the hotel at all - there are plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants though so you don't have to go too far. |

The hotel is well located and within an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town and 2 minutes to the beach. Try to book a seaview room. There is free street parking outside the hotel which is rare for Nice breakfast is relatively expensive. |

Hotel was nice, room was clean, new and comfortable. Location is also good, beach was close. There were many grocery shops around, bakery, so it wasn't necessary to pay 20EUR for breakfast. Nice view from swimmingpoll roof It is impossible to open windows in the room, but there is a conditioner.Early chek out- 11a.m. |

Very helpful staff. Upgraded, so had partial sea view and excellent large comfortable bed!! Hotel is just off the main road, so no traffic noise!! Paper cups for tea & coffee in rooms. Expensive breakfast!! Only one lounge chair. |

Lovely room and good sea view. Roof top pool was great. Friendly staff Food was not as good as other meals we had in the City. Drinks were very expensive and not as pleasant as other establishments. |
