Jeg syntes det var unødvenbdig å betale ekstra for sjøutsikt når man kun ser sjøen veldig skrått gjennom vindu og det verken er balkong eller mulighet for å åpne vindu. Dette burde kanskje kommet litt tydligere frem. |

Deilig rom! Fantastisk svømmeanlegg på taket! Nydelig service, veldig hyggelige kelnere, og resepsjonspersonell. Veldig god mat. Nespresso-maskinen på rommet var gammel, og virket ikke. Skal man reklamere med sånt (det ble gjort et poeng ut av det i reklamen) må den iallfall virke. |

Vi likte hotellet meget godt, men badet tilsvarte ikke forventningene. Dusjen var ikke god, og det var spor etter tidligere gjester ift hår. |

Nydelig hotell, fantastisk interiør, perfekt beliggenhet og hyggelig staff. Hotellet har et fantastisk godt utgangspunkt med sin beliggenhet og sine fasiliteter. Vi får imidlertid aldri helt luksusfølelsen. Hotellpersonalet var alltid meget imøtekommende, men ting tok tid! Betalte blant annet mye for parkering- og måtte vente i en halvtime på bilen da personalet hadde lunsj. Veldig lang ventetid på betjening på hotellets resturant på taket. Måtte be om at rommet ble vasket ved en anledning.. Dette er ikke godt nok for et hotell i denne klassen. Alt i alt når ikke hotellet helt opp, dessverre. |

The luxury ,the great price , the staff where very informative and friendly we loved how convenient the hotel was to local transport system .great for getting too and from the airport , cannes and monaco ext. we had a beautiful lateral sea view but the windows didnt open so there was no fresh air in the room ok for our autum break but wouldnt like it in the summer.they never replaced the water or refreshments in the mini bar. |

I liked good location of hotel; staff was very helpful and kind; bed comfortable; internet access free of charge. I stayed in deluxe room with sea view but to open the window was impossible. Breakfast expensive. |

The proximity to everything we wanted to see in Nice. We were walking distance from all tourist attractions. everything was fine except for the person that did our check-in who was not very pleasant. |

new hotel, nice and clean room, free wireless in the hotel room the mini-bar which was supposed to be free, only had water, orange juice. it was embarrasing to call it a mini-bar. A little far away from the center of the city. |

Good staff, great location, roof top terrace fantastic... Included was free mini bar, 2 water , 2 juice, and a coke..thats not a mini bar...terrace charges 5.50 euros for a coke..thats the most expensive cola in the world. I know its the cote d'zur, but put you're prices into perspective. |

Location & clean room. Self access to car park Obnoxious & unhelpful staff member (only 1). Petty charges for services that other same class hotels provide for free! Subsequent complaint to Duty Manager was met with poor, unprofessional excuses - however conceded to provide what I requested at no extra charge. Also pool closed 30 minutes prior to advertised! |

The hotel is comfortable and seems to be well managed. It is in a fairly good location being close to the promenade. The staff though helpful were not overly friendly. It was not a particularly memorable stay. Functional but unremarkable. |

The hotel was recently renovated but nothing seemed to work including the coffee maker, Pay Movie stopped working, Room Service non exisitent. The staff were very causual and we were always waiting from checking in we waited 30 mins to find out if the room was ready at 15.30. No one offered to carry up our bags and when we phoned for room service there was no answer. Reception promised to resolve but after 1 hour we gave up had to get takeaways. The following even the same story and during the day with an empty bar it still took 30 mins to get 2 drinks. I would never go back to this Hotel and it ruined our stay in Nice. Like the name says Four Points out of 100! |

Location, quietness, cleanliness. Darkness of rooms, very difficult to see and no natural light. air conditioning obligatory and no natural air. So-called superior rooms on 2nd floor not very spacious (we got changed to room 302 on the third floor - due to alloted room not having twin bed set up - and the latter was vastly better, perhaps due to corner location). Drinks very expensive in bar |
