Well has to be the name , but everything works how it should, good location or shopping , easy access to major road routes , great out of city hotel and about 10 mins drive to Centre of Lille only thing is the construction of the building is so that it creaks when you walk around it , maybe made of wood so sound proofing not good ,

Easy to use without staff if necessary or when it was late. Apart from technical problems with access to my room (I had two different key-cards, which failed on both days of my stay) no problems ... maybe better showing of the number to call if you have issues at night - it was only shown outside the building on the machine to auto- check in, so if like me you check in at the desk you don't know, just a card on the empty reception would be enough!

L'amabilité du personnel de l'accueil. Le fait que la chambre ne soit pas prête à 15h et qu'elle ne soit toujours pas prête 3/4 d'heure plus tard. Le manque de réception WiFi dans certaines chambre.

geboekt voor één overnachting te overbruggen en daar is het geschikt voor. de kamer werd voorheen door rokers gebruikt en het deken rook nog naar de geur van sigaretten. Niet aangenaam voor niet-rokers

l odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre, la moquette tachée, odeur de cigarettes alors que non fumeur, j'ai voulu me faire rembourser la deuxieme nuit a 17h parceque je devais partir ailleurs. on a refusé. je n'irai plus jamais dans vos établissement et croyez que je vais critiquer votre enseigne !!
