Location is good

Lift is too small

Position was great, room was quiet from any street noise

Extremely small lift and stairs, on the day of departure lift was out of order and we had to carry/drag all luggage down 7 storeys! Very noisy plumbing system, whenever anyone takes a shower or uses toilet loud noises are heard from "box" under toilet. Double bed very creaky, which makes it difficult for others in room to sleep!

During the day it's a hot room and there is a very small lift! Deposit amount will be unlocked in 1/2 weeks....

What an amazing location! Two minutes walk from the Champs Elysees this was the perfect spot for our 4 day trip to Paris. Compact but comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 & 9.

The lift! An interesting experience - its a one person plus bag proposition but it got us up and down the 8 floors every time. Claustrophobics beware!!

Locality is good.

Staff only came once upon check-in. Lift up to 7 storey was most ancient, scary & I believe size was just 2ft x 2ft! Stairs up was through a spiral staircase! U can imagine how claustrophobic it can be in the lift.. Old junk from other tenants still remain in the apartment. Not very nice at all. Glad to get out of that place!

The location was absolutely amazing and the apartment, although small, had everything we needed for our stay, including a well-stocked kitchen. Accommodated three adults well although once the sofa bed is open it's a little hard to manoeuvre around the room. Free wifi ws very useful. Excellent value for money.

No DVD player, which would make a great addition. The lift is absolutely tiny so only suitable for those who don't mind enclosed spaces. The seven flights of spiral stairs were hard work, I would only recommend for fit and healthy people, older people/small children/those with less mobility would really struggle.

Small but enough, clean and nice. Very central in Paris, easy access to all important places.

We were met outside the apatment by an agent who was really friendly and helpful as we had arranged late check in. The location was excellent and only one street from the Champs Elysees. Room had air con and was spacious considering its location.

It was 7 floors up and the lift did not look safe to use. TV only had news 24 as English channel. Cleaning charge was mentioned on the booking page but a price was not quoted till after we had booked.

Excellent location. Short walk to Champs Élysées and to the Seine river. The Sacre Coeur can be seen from the room and Eiffel Tower from the corridor. Apartment is a good size for 3-4 pax. Full fledged kitchen with all kinds of pots and utensils.

The lift is extremely small. Our pram couldn't get in. Lift fits only 1 pax at a time. Tv didn't work all the time. As its an apartment, there is no reception downstairs. But staff is very helpful on the phone.

Appartement François 1er - это, как уже ясно из названия, не отель, это квартиры. На небольшой площади умещаются гостиная, спальня, рабочий уголок, ванная, кухня, т.е. всё, необходимое для жизни. Расположение - супер, улица Франсуа 1-го идет параллельно Елисейским полям, в шаговой доступности: Триумфальная арка, площадь Согласия, сад Тюильри, Лувр, мост Александра 3-го, Эйфелевая башня (её из окон видно). Метро под боком. С точки зрения осмотра города и достопримечательностей - место отличное. Кто едет в шоппинг-тур: именно на этой улице и на соседней, Монтень, находятся самые дорогие и топовые бутики.

Всё маленькое (по сравнению с российскими хрущёвками - вовсе и не маленькое :)), кое-где требуется ремонт. Сам дом - достопримечательность: постройки времен Наполеона, узкая винтовая лестница с деревянными ступенями, лифт на одну персону - экзотика, но с вещами в такой лифт можно войти с трудом, а квартиры на 7 этаже. У кого боязнь узких пространств - этот вариант не для них. В общем, квартиры на улице Франсуа 1-го - для непритязательных людей, приехавших в город ради города, а не комфорта. А, еще один небольшой минус: квартира в центре города, значит, вокруг дорогие магазины, в т.ч.и продуктовые. Хотя за углом есть Carefour, там цены более-менее.

Отличное местоположение, прямо в центре. Лувр, Эйфелева башня, Елисейские поля и многое другое в нескольких минутах ходьбы.

Аппартаменты маловаты для более чем 2 человек. Весьма напрягал одноместный лифт.

Boa localização, inclusive com cozinha bem equipada e internet funcionando durante todo o periodo.

A localização no 7º andar e o elevador diminuto, com capacidade para apenas 1 pessoa, dificultam bastante para quem precisa subir de escada ao apartamento. O elevador não é aconselhável para quem é claustrofóbico.

- Appartement renove recemment, assez confortable - Localisation ideale a 2 minutes des Champs Elysees, 10 minutes du pont de l'Alma, 15 minutes de la Tour Eiffel a pied.

- Surprise d'une penalite pour arrivee tardive: 50 Euros apres 21h00, 100 Euros apres 23h00. Nous aurions aime le savoir des notre reservation pour pouvoir choisir le train en fonction - La taille de l'ascenseur: une personne maximum. Si vous avez une valise trop grosse, il va falloir la monter sur 7 etages par l'escalier... - Le contrat de location est entierement en anglais - La personne qui nous a delivre les clefs n'a pas daigne nous parler en francais, Non anglophones s'absetenir donc!

Sa situation dans Paris, sa tranquillité, son côté inhabituel, son aménagement

Quelques disfonctionnements que je mettrai en réclamations pour améliorer, et je sais que rien n y changera mis je note tout de même l exigüité de l ascenseur !..

Great location, friendly and helpful agents, appartment is kind of small but had just enough space to host us (group of 4).

Appartment is on 7th floor, only very small and slow elevator. People staying there should be fit enough to take the steep stairs or willing to spend some time waiting for everyone to get up/down by elevator.
