The location provides easy accessibility to luxurious shops, boutiques, and, access to nice restaurants, and bars. To cap it off, just a few minutes to Gare du Nord. Excellent value for money for facilities provided, will be staying there again!
Nothing not to like
room very small and not much space to move around
The location is near metro station and just oposite the Gare del' Est train station, so it is very easy to move. We would like also to refer that the young man at the reception-Alexander- was very helpful and very polite.
Because of the room place, near to the elevator, sometimes during the night our sleep was interrupted by noises.
Location, family room was big enough for 3 persons
NOISE! It was really hard to sleep becouse of the noise from the street and underground (metro )
Clean and modern rooms. Excellent shower and water pressure. 42' screen tv. Convenient if travelling by train as it is right in front of the train station.
I had a room facing the street on the 2th floor which I asked to change and moved to the 5th; it can be extremely noisy if below 4th floor. The location is not 'the best'.
Location is brilliant, hotel is worthy of money. Small but cosy room.
Wifi is fair. A little bit noisy from the street.
- hotel in front of Gare de l'Est and near Gare du Nord - metro on 100m so location can hardly be better
- had room on first floor, near elevator, metro could be heard very clearly in our room - on higher floors this seemed not to be the case
location , staff
soft bad old ferniture
Great value for money, comfortable bed, clean room, kettle, good location for early train, efficient staff (especially Susana the trainee who let me check into my room early), would definitely come back
Nothing - all was perfect - 10/10
This hotel was modern, clean and located across the street from the metro.
You have to pay for TV separately
Stayed for a night...staff was very welcoming and helpful reception area was very nice and also the breakfast lounge... Good locationas buses and metro are both acessible.
unable to check in early as requested as we arrive early and hoping to have a power nap before exploring Paris. Shower is a bit small.
The staff keep calling you in Room in 20 min for 5 times if you are in delay for check out just for 20 minutes . What the hell ?!?!!!
Location, staff and facilities.
You can log in with as many device as you have. Because i have 3 phone from different country. So to hv wifi for all 3 is importants for my business
It privide wifi but limitez Data only! I can't send out pictures tvrow wharzapp! Sometime even writteb msg! Not to mention voice mail! So it seems-thy give you ths service free but it turn out useless!!
The location is very good
Close to Gare de L'Est and Gare du Nord. Staff were so kind and helpful in finding out about a show we wanted to see. Then they told us how to get there.
Single room was very clean and spacious. The bed was halfway between a single bed and a double, so very comfortable for a solo traveller. Room was well designed, making use of ledges and sliding doors to create space as well as surface areas to place belongings. Lots of accessible plug points and free wifi (instructions on connecting available in the room). Room overlooked an internal courtyard so no street noise. Aircon available and very quiet. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom when needed with good water pressure. Supermarket next door for any essentials. The Gare de l'Est is right opposite, with the metro stop on the corner of the street - or it's 10 minutes walk from the Gare du Nord. Staff were prompt and welcoming and spoke excellent English.
It may have been the location of this particular room at the end of a corridor with the doors of the neighbouring rooms being very close to mine, but I could hear noise through the walls. There was a couple in the next room who came back around midnight and were talking to each other, not much above normal conversation level, and I could hear most of what they were saying. They did shut up after I called out to them to please be quiet as they obviously didn't realise that they could be overheard. I guess that's one drawback of staying in an old building. So I would take earplugs just in case.
Close to metro, helpful staff and nice clean room
The area was a little rough at night, strong smell of pee outside and homeless people sleeping outside the door.
Very good location - one minute walk from the metro. About 30-40 mins walk from Notre-dam and other main attractions, though not the best neighborhood. Supermarket right next to the hotel. Helpful staff. Quiet.
Rooms are a bit small.
Good location Inexpensive for Paris
Room was next to elevators which were noisy
Level of cleanliness. Convenient location, quiet place yet close to major metro station & a supermart closeby.
Location, cleanliness, size rooms, functionality bathroom
Fire alarm in middle of the night, difficulties connecting to the wifi, noise of air conditioning in the room, noise of metro
The hotel is located right across the street from the train and metro station. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean.
Just a small mention that the classic double rooms, besides being really small, are located always near the elevator and have old furniture. So, nothing to do with the pictures from the site. I stayed there only for one night and it was not such a big issue.
Location was ideal for public transit to Paris sights. Staff was welcoming and helpful after a 20 hour train trip from Hungary. Kettle and Mini-Fridge accommodated our needs for special tea and yogurts. Large market place close to hotel with wonderful selection of fresh produce, cheeses, and other special French treats. Restaurants and other conveniences out the door. Very quiet room with open air small balcony. A bit pricey but hey--it's Paris. Loved it.
Really nothing--all our comforts covered.
