you don't have sleeper in your room
Room too small, close to two rail way stations, dirty area.
At first when we arrived to the hotel i was expecting that the room I have booked it is big as shown on their page where as it was completely different it was so small that you can berly walk and and move for me and my husband as well I could see some kinda insects behind the table as well I found them later walking on me. On the second day afterI came back to a hotel I could see that my room was not cleaned at all, as well the line behind the table of insects was getting bigger i was too tired to go downstairs so I went the next morning to a receptionist telling him that I have a problem first that my room was not cleaned wich I was referring more to hoovering and for clean towels and I told as well that I have problem with some insects behind the table and some of them were walking on me and I was actually bitten by them! !!! He answered " Madam it's a natural world its normal" seriously!! So I asked him one more time can you make sure that my room will be clean and to do something with those insects? The guy did even care that I was there not even looking at me he said ok. Im coming back the same day at night hoping my room was clean and nothing was touched I go to the reception and talk to the lady telling her the full story what happened and that I have already complained and she sais no its not true that house keeper actually have cleaned my room so I told her then come to my room and have a look by your self but She didn't want to. Three day I have been complaining about the same thing and nothing was done. Im so disappointed that I have chosen this hotel and waisted my money. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
Stayed twice during our trip on two separate dates. Both rooms comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff very nice and helpful.
First room was larger than second but right on the street...too much noise for me or my husband to sleep. Second room shower so small it was difficult to actually take a shower
Very close to the tube station Gare de L'Est
Very noisy due the highly traffic street The room smelled of cigarettes Lacking in hygiene overall
Good its near the train station with fair price but rooms are bit small
The staff was really friendly and the location is conveniently close to the station
The room was very small, could not move in the bathroom. Very noisy outside. The metro could be heard every few minutes. The value for money is not great
Ideally located, this hotel has a lot to offer. Firstly, the staff were very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They provided very good recommendations about places of interests and how to get around Paris. The room was always very clean.
The room was slightly small and breakfast was rather expensive. There's a local boulangerie opposite to the hotel and the sandwiches are very good.
The location is quite good, near the metro station and staff are very friendly.
There are ants everywhere, which i didnt expect that
Great location, good wifi and very comfortable and pleasant hotel
coffee and tea facilities and close to gare de l'est. Window can be opened for fresh air
A bit shabby. hairdryer did not work. Could not get wi fi to work.
The staff went out of their way to make us welcome, provide information, suggest restaurants and solve problems. The hotel and room were much nicer inside than I was expecting given the neighbourhood.
While very close to Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est and therefore convenient, the area directly around the hotel did feel a bit dodgy at times.
good location for transportation, excellent wi-fi, tea and coffee make- your- own in room...lots of restaurants in the neighborhood
size of room quite small, but in line with France's facilities for the price.
The location was great. Easy to reach and close to the central train station.
The room was so small. Wifi doesn't work at all, except by the reception area. Double the price of a same standard hotel at any other city I visited, but this has to do more with hotels prices in Paris.
Clean, smart and excellently located. We booked this last-minute after missing our Eurostar train and both were very impressed. The price we got it for was heavily discounted (thank you, Booking.com) so it may not be great value at the standard price but we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend to any couples in the same situation as we were!
High standard prices, small rooms (though very smart)
The hotel reception looked modern, as did the breakfast room and the corridors BUT my room was so old. Dirty, worn carpet in the bedroom and the smallest bathroom ever that hadn't been touched for thrity years!
Nice looking public areas
Is a clean hotel
The workers is unfriendly..
nice located but it's vert noisy because it' near road i couldnt open the window
wifi is awful TV is not flat tv tiny room
Location next to both Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est. Ideal for a one night stopover.
Tiny room and lack of air conditioning which meant leaving the window open with attendant noise throughout the night.
Approach to the railway station, Bus, Metro etc. Good Indian Restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.
No breakfast. No free drinking water. We had to buy water. No English TV channel Very small room. Even movement was difficult and if someone is carrying 3 suitcases, there is no place in room to keep them.
No Wi-Fi connection
Hotel was cosy and everything worked well. Old building with new furniture, new bathroom. Good to sleep. Silent. Very clean. Good staff.
Rooms are small as usual in Paris
Staff was nice and I got a quiet room as I had requested, which I really appreciated
the room was rather small
It was close to subway and train station..if you need it. Stuff was willing to help to answer your questions in English.. Thank you.
That hotel close to train station and area around it is not that nice.. The view from the window of the really room was on another building wall..not the greatest .. Parking was not in hotel and cost 30 euro a night..
