Location: short walk from Eurostar at Gard du Nord. Walking distance from the city centre and excellent access to local transport - metro and bus. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Quiet: our room at the back was very quiet - a bonus in a big city. Wide range of good bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast was fair value for money - though some reviewers have complained about this. The room was small, but we expected that (from reviews) and coped with it. |

What I liked the most of this Hotel was that everything was so close, the train station is right in front and to take the metro you just need to walk 10 steps. Quality/Price value is really good. We will certainly come back to this hotel next time we're in Paris. The air conditioner is a little old, therefore it smells a little bit. |

great location just opposite Gare de l'Est and Metro, very friendly multi-lingual reception, well equipped rooms (even with ironing board and trouser press), ideal base for city trip to Paris |

The overall ambience,the staff were exceedingly helpful and pleasant,the room and appointments were comfortable and effective,the position near transport,eateries and tourism was just great.Breakfast was good and the eating area delightful.Overall a great experience No.Was ne of the best we stayed at during our five week tour of Europe. |

The staff were excellent. They gave you a large cup of ice per person upon request (unlike ANY other hotel we have stayed at in Europe). They allowed me to print out a few pages of a document without a fuss. The location was excellent...parking was more than adequate and had very competitive pricing for the location. |

We liked the location best, very near the train station and within walking distance to the city center. The fact that the breakfast buffet was not included in the price of the room. |

The hotel was close to station and attractions and yet the room was quiet and very clean, but quite small. The staff were helpful and efficient. back room therefore view from window just of other rooms and roof. |
