France Eiffel  

It's Location, The Eiffel Tower is visable from in fromt of the hotel. Obviously at one time the hotel had a direct view, until later development. Front office staff are excellent.

Lift is very old and designed for one person. The hotel as a whole needs a "facelift" inside. There was some work going on during my visit.

me and my husband liked the location of the hotel very much! We also liked the receptionists and especially a young blond woman, who helped us to find the best way going to the airport and a young man, who told us he is a trainee at the moment. He was very friendly and very communicative! We also liked the breakfast.

We didn't like that there is less table in the breakfast-room than the people stayed at the hotel. Sometimes you should wait until someone finishes his breakfast, then you should wait until the lady cleans your table and put a cup, fork, spoon and so on, on it.

The breakfast was good and with a great variety of food and drinks.

The hot water to take bath was limited. The bed sheets were not changed every morning. Reservation made with breakfast included but at the check out it was charged separately and I am still waiting for the refund. Room very small for a double room.

Really nice room in a great location, the staff where really nice & helpful.

There pre authorization of my card resulted in a 10£ loss due to exchange rate changes.

Very nice staff, clean room. Close to metro stations, the Seine and the Eiffel tower.

Some noise from the street

The staff was very professional and helpful. They assisted with booking a taxi at the cheapest rate and gave us a wake up call to ensure we get to the airport on time.

Although clean and tidy, the room needed some renovation and upgrade.

Good hotel

Good room with reasonable price and average breakfast.

1. They do not have don t disturb board on the room door. 2. The house keeping lady opened our room twice without even knocking the door [one time in the evening of our arrival and secondly], the next day morning when we were still sleeping. 3. The worst lift experience one can ever have

The staff at hotel was very friendly, nice and clean bathroom. Everything in the hotel was very small, but cute. The small yard/garden was very nice for resting after whole day in the city, but I would prefer more comfortable chairs.

The lift reminded a scary movie, very old system. Very slow internet in lobby.

Very delicious croissants at breakfast! Nice staff – they order cheap transfer for me from hotel to airport.

There are very thin walls between rooms in hotel. So one late evening I heard everything people talk in the next room and couldn’t sleep.

Everything was good. Good breakfast, clean room, big TV, welcome staff, bus stop and metro station are near.

No safe in a room, no russian tv chanel, early check-out (11 a.m.).
