The hotel is very small, old and poor services. It's not worthy to stay here. We booked room but when we arrived shocket by the damp amd bad smell. We asked to change the room the charged us extra 40 Euros per night. We paid 506 Euros for 3 nights its really bad. We are very disappointed by the hotle and we will never recommende to friend or family. It's not worthy to book in this small hotle. We can't understand how they get 3 star??? Sam - London UK Vesry expensive and not worthy.

Otelin bulunduğu cadde Notre-Dame, Marais ve Saint-Germain gibi yerlere gerçekten yakın. Aynı cadde üzerindeki kafeler, restaurantlar sayesinde her an keyifli vakit geçirebilirsiniz. The hotel and rooms are very small, when you enter rooms the smell of damp is very disturbing. Especially if you are not in a room facing the street has not got a chance to get the air when you open the glass. Toilets, washbasins, etc. are not clean..Hygiene is a big problem during your stay in this hotel.

Convenient location. Not great value for what you get but relatively clean. However, room was noisy in terms of hearing all the plumbings fromthe other rooms and we had a toilet that didn't flush properly.

available internet access and location 1st room was lovely; large with a bath and a view of the street but incorrect bedding from booking (2 single beds instead of a double); then when i requested the single beds to be made up into a double as booked i was told they were booked out. when i asked again i was moved to a small room (number 23) which was very tiny and had no bath a small double bed and overlooked rubbish bins. the staff were not interested in my situation and although i booked 6 months in advance i felt i was not given the room as requested and booked and was unhappy for my whole 4 day stay. as a result i did not think this hotel good value for money nor were the staff willing or able to offer a suitable resolution.

it was central to marais and Notre Dame There was a smell on opening the bedroom door - the remedy would be to use an industrial carpet cleaner! Having to wait when I returned to the hotel for the night porter to open the door. Wearing his jersey back to front was a give away.

The location, the view from the balcony off the room. It was very rundown! If you want old and outdated, come here. The hairdryer must've been the first model ever invented. It had a hose, kind of like a backwards vacuum cleaner. The room was very small even though we got the "superior" room. It was a full size mattress that was lumpy, bedspread was stained with shart marks. The phone system was so old we couldn't figure it out. The breakfast was overpriced and horrible. We only ate there the first morning. Please don't let the pictures on the website make you believe that the room really looks like that.

Was nothing to like there. The location was great, still. People at the hotel are the worst staff I saw in my life. Even their English was poor. The room is old, unclean, radiator in the bathroom was not functioning, the cleaning was bad, the elevator take hours to come, etc.

Strategic location, reasonably close to Metro stations and restaurants. Room was very small, hardly any space to move about - but typical room size in Paris budget hotel. Foreign hotel staff was very pleasant. Night duty staff not so pleasant...

Location of the hotel and bathroom. Windows with no view rendered some small rooms depressing. Given some room size and decor, the 3-star rating is misleading.

Good location. The hotel was quite basic and paintwork throughout very grubby. Heating did not work in my room and despite being repeatedly reported was not fixed throughout the stay.... Hotel badly soundproofed and I was kept awake by strange gurgling water noises all night . Housekeeping was really not good...even basic coffee and tea facilities were not refilled. Reception very small with only 1 member of staff..usually a queue of people with problems. First floor lounge was a joke. It seemed like it was being run on a shoe string.

The location just down from Hotel de Ville [metro stop & stunning old building] is fantastic. It is right beside a square with cafes, bars and restaurants [which are pricey so aim for happy hour 6pm to 8pm] & there are some lovely vintage shops & other boutiques and cool places in the area. The executive rooms are not really executive & come with twin beds joined together -- a big disappointment. The exec room was very small & dark & there were plastic cups for tea & coffee. The tap also dripped in the bathroom non-stop & the chambermaid came in without knocking.

The proximity to the metro was very good. The male staff at the reception area were excellent in providing directions to various places. The one female staff that we encountered was less informative and not as accommodating. Rooms were small but very clean. The breakfast provided could be improved by providing hot entrees rather than just cereals and cold and dated pastries. Coffee often was cold. Seemed like the staff person who arranged for the breakfast was also the cleaning staff member. If you are a person on the go and intent to only use the facility to sleep I would recommend this place however it is not a place to hang out during the day. So depends what your travel plans are.

Excellent location, friendly staff, great value for money, comfortable, clean. About 2 min from metro hotel de Ville and walking distance of a lot of great sites. Rooms are small but this is like all city hotels.
