Friendly staff (everybody able to speak english as well), they also gave us useful info when we asked. Room was neat, clean and comfortable; furniture was not new, but cosily put together. Towels and bath amenities replaced every day. It was possible to use internet in the common room, a nice room with view on Rue de Rivoli. No problem also to leave the baggage after check out until the moment to get back to the airport. Location is great, within a few minutes' walk from the Louvre, Notre Dame, Marais. It is very close to the Metro but the definite pro of this location is that it is possible to walk almost everywhere (which we did). Lot of facilities close to the Hotel (supermarket opened until midnight, Starbucks, tabac shop, and so on).

Otelin bulunduğu cadde Notre-Dame, Marais ve Saint-Germain gibi yerlere gerçekten yakın. Aynı cadde üzerindeki kafeler, restaurantlar sayesinde her an keyifli vakit geçirebilirsiniz. The hotel and rooms are very small, when you enter rooms the smell of damp is very disturbing. Especially if you are not in a room facing the street has not got a chance to get the air when you open the glass. Toilets, washbasins, etc. are not clean..Hygiene is a big problem during your stay in this hotel.

Good location. The hotel was quite basic and paintwork throughout very grubby. Heating did not work in my room and despite being repeatedly reported was not fixed throughout the stay.... Hotel badly soundproofed and I was kept awake by strange gurgling water noises all night . Housekeeping was really not good...even basic coffee and tea facilities were not refilled. Reception very small with only 1 member of staff..usually a queue of people with problems. First floor lounge was a joke. It seemed like it was being run on a shoe string.

The location just down from Hotel de Ville [metro stop & stunning old building] is fantastic. It is right beside a square with cafes, bars and restaurants [which are pricey so aim for happy hour 6pm to 8pm] & there are some lovely vintage shops & other boutiques and cool places in the area. The executive rooms are not really executive & come with twin beds joined together -- a big disappointment. The exec room was very small & dark & there were plastic cups for tea & coffee. The tap also dripped in the bathroom non-stop & the chambermaid came in without knocking.

The location, the view from the balcony off the room. It was very rundown! If you want old and outdated, come here. The hairdryer must've been the first model ever invented. It had a hose, kind of like a backwards vacuum cleaner. The room was very small even though we got the "superior" room. It was a full size mattress that was lumpy, bedspread was stained with shart marks. The phone system was so old we couldn't figure it out. The breakfast was overpriced and horrible. We only ate there the first morning. Please don't let the pictures on the website make you believe that the room really looks like that.

The hotel is very small, old and poor services. It's not worthy to stay here. We booked room but when we arrived shocket by the damp amd bad smell. We asked to change the room the charged us extra 40 Euros per night. We paid 506 Euros for 3 nights its really bad. We are very disappointed by the hotle and we will never recommende to friend or family. It's not worthy to book in this small hotle. We can't understand how they get 3 star??? Sam - London UK Vesry expensive and not worthy.

Friendly staff, good location and a nice basic breakfast. Free Wi-Fi Internet and air condition. A good and basic hotel for a city tourist who will only spend little time in the room. The room we were in was comfortable and ok, but a little worn and torn. A fun little thing was, that the celing in our bath room lifted whenever we turned on the air condition. It will not be long before the rooms are in a condition where they will not be able to appear clean regardless of the cleaning effort. As for now, the overall condition of the hotel is acceptable, but a make over for the entire hotel and rooms will be needed shortly.

Central location in downtown Paris. Quite small rooms. Hotel is showing its age. Rooms that face the street (Rue de Rivoli) can be quite noisy.

The hotel is extremely convenient to all the main Museums and Marais district There is air conditioning in the rooms which in Paris during the warmer months is a must. The location of the hotel is its best attribute. Upon arrival I was given a very tiny Alice in Wonderland room in the back of the hotel which I had to ask to be changed to a larger room. The access to the bathroom was practically over the bed and there was no room to place a suitcase anywhere. I am quite a small person and I have stayed in Paris on 3 previous occasions but this was the smallest room I have encountered. As my stay was 5 nights I would have thought a good room would have been selected. The room I was then put into did not have either a bar fridge or a safe deposit box - both items being advertised as available in all rooms. Not so! On one occasion I had to ask the maid to make up my room as it was not done by 3.30pm. The night before my departure I booked both an early morning wake up call and a taxi for my departure. This information was not conveyed to the morning desk clerk which necessitated my having to hail a taxi myself and I was late getting to CDG for my flight.

Really good location for exploring the nicest, in my humble opinion, areas in the city, both above and below the river, simply walking, or on a bike (strongly recommended). Free wifi was extremely helpful, in my case. Very nice staff. Toilet/shower zone is very small. And, yes, Paris hotel prices (at least for budget hotels) are definitely too high, compared to other European capital cities, especially during important trade fairs.

The staff is extraordinarily helpful... Every one of them I met. The location is convenient to sites and various modes of travel. The first night was hot -- and the air conditioning in the room didn't work -- no ventilation even with the window open due to being in a cul-de- sac tower. (You'd have to be there.) The refrigerator did not work either. The desk clerk offered me another room but it also had a broken air conditioning unit.... But the fridge worked. The gave me a different room for the rest of my stay (5 nights) and the air conditioner there worked... But the fridge didn'T.
