Simple good quality breakfast, nice room and good location.

Much to small rooms. Not room to put two suitcases on the floor in a double room.

The location was great.The reseptionists were most of the time friendly, but not very experienced.

The hotel was downright shabby. It did not correspond at all like with the rooms pictured on the hotel pages. The only place that looked presentable was the lounge on the first floor. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, maybe the breakfast room was renovated. I used the business center once, trying to print our boarding passes. The cartridge in the printer was empty...the person at the reception had no idea where a new cartridge might be, and if she would have, she did not know how to change it!

It wasn't a fan to collect the vapor from the shower, so I had to open the window room to clear the humidity.

It was good value for money and a convenient location.

The staff is not very helpful apart from the night guardian. I had to ask twice for a working hairdryer, and the one in my room has been out of order for 2 years apparently! I had room service once, the food was cold and not great.

Great location, friendly staff. Room was relatively big and spacious. Equiped with fridge that was very useful to me. Good heating, soundprrof windows that made me forget the noisy Rue de Rivoli below. Clean renovated bathroom.

Tiny elevator, almost did not fit my suitcase. Leak in bathroom but I can't complain as I id not say anything about it to staff. Room and staircase can use new carpeting. All in all great hotel!

I had paid extra for a business room upgrade. It clearly was not an upgrade.

Great location.. The room was not small and was big enough. The room very clean.

It is very expensive according to such hotel.. I think a single room should be between 40 and 60 Euros, no more.. The staff just need to have bigger and real smile.

Everything was perfect. Especially the staff,I had to change cloths after I checked out and my luggage was already in storage , so I asked for a saloution and they gave me a room to get changed. I travel 5-6 times a year and this hotel was just a pleasure

location,location,location, fabulous for walking or for public transit, lots of great restaurants near by.

Initial reception very cool, things improved later, she must have been having a bad day. We requested a wake up call on our last day which never came and resulted in the van to the airport having to wait for us.

The excellent location, tasty petit déjuner...simple but tasty... the arounds are plenty of good restaurants and cafes... metro st paul is close, the bastille, harmonia mundi cd store, the centre pompidou...

Location of the Hotel is perfect, near the Marais. On Sunday I needed to check out but overslept (12.45h instead of 11h). The reception called me and did not make me pay any additional amounts.

The hotel was excellent for us: very good location, good room (corner room on 5th floor but no problem as lift worked very well). We were able to walk to Pompidou and there were lots of cafes, restaurants and good shops in the area. The room and the ensuite were clean and well maintained during our stay, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. We did not have breakfast in the hotel as it was expensive and we wanted to try the cafes nearby.

Everything worked well for us.

Hotel location is very good.

The hotel itself was very disappointing. The entrance is poorly identified - just the name on an awning above the doorway. The 'lobby' if it can even be called that is a tiny box in the passageway. The rooms are very small. The images on the hotel's website are very misleading.
