The main reasons why we've reserved this hotel, was because of it's excellent location, and the free wireless internet. Since we brought our laptop to the room, we found it unneccesary to print out the mails and the links of the things we wanted to do/visit. When checking in, we entered a room that wasn't cleaned yet, after the last hotelguest. Receptiondesk assured us that they would take care of this immediately, in the mean time we could leave our luggage in that room already(?) When room was cleaned we returned, wanted to check our mails, and found out that the hotel's WIFI didn't work. No such thing was mentioned while check in!! We asked to use one of their computers, but they claimed that even themselves had no internetconnection. No suggestion was provide to solve our problem! |

1) Hotel staff was friendly except that we need to make an attempt to talk to them first! (It is difficult to give answer to close-ended questions in this section. It should have more answers e.g. not sure or otherwise give 5 scale rating.) 2) Easy to commute 3) Safe area 1) Hotel booked me the shuttle van to take me to the airport on my departure date, yet the shuttle did not pick me up on time. Deposit was paid!!! Anyway, the shuttle came 1 hour earlier than the appointment time and did not even show up at a receptionist. Hotel gave it a call but was unable to get the shuttle to pick me up. It said it can only pick me up 1.5 hour afer our conversation. I had my flight to catch and how I can wait for that long. Hotel was unable to do anything else for me. I eventually went to the airport by taxi and paid double fare! Hotel emailed me to apologise but I think hotel should deal with an issue better than this. And, this shuttle company should be no longer their preferred shuttle company! 2) Small room 3) Phone was not working and when it worked the sound was not clear. Hotel was unable to fix it for me. I can not make a call from my room using international phone card while I can do it at the receptionist's desk. |

The hotel was in a brilliant place next to the Marais and although my room was small it was clean & comfortable with an excellent en-suite. My room had no outlook but that's just central Paris buildings for you! |

Location. Close to Notre Dame, easy access to Metro and Chatelet station. Many bars, restaurants and cafes around. Bordering Marais neighbourhood, a typical nice and quiet parisian area. Quiet room (inner room). Clean bathroom (with bathtub!). Quiet air conditioner. As stated by other visitors, I found a little insect in my bed! No hot water in the afternoon; staff claimed it's due to so many having bath at that time...!! Only ONE tea bag per day and sugar for two cups at most! Staff tried to convince me to take their shuttle bus to the airport claiming there was an accident with the RER (train); I took the RER without trouble, for 8.40 Euro instead of... |

Not much...the advertisement was very misleading. The room was small and not uncomfortable for 2 people. Yes, the space was not conducive for two guests. There was no lobby. The elevator was too small. The water cooker did not work. |

small, but nicely laid-out rooms, good showers, comfortable beds, and relatively quiet for a city |

It was probably the only hotel throughout my whole trip that had a double bed instead of two beds put together. That was really good. Plus, the staff was very helpful. The location couldn't be better, especially considering the price. The hotel is increadibly small, the room was not that big (I'd say the low of the range for Parisian hotels). And judging by the fire escape map, my room was one of the biggest. And one of the only hotels I've stayed in Paris without a bathtub. |

Small but very complete room with bathroom, including hair dryer, free coffee/tea/cake, writing map, TV, tourist brochures etc. Friendly personel. Great location. Value for money. Ideal if you just need a room for the night. |

Appreciated the lounge/public room and the daily newspapers. The conceirge was friendly and helpful. No. We had a small room but the bedding and toilet/bathroom was very clean. However, the carpet was showing its wear. |

The hotel was centrally located in Paris. The metro was about a block or two away and we could also walk to the Louvre, Centre Pompidou and Notre Dame. I booked the hotel thinking there was a free shuttle to the airport. Turn out they just call a third party shuttle service for you and it costs 27 euros. You are much better off taking the Air France Shuttle from Gare de Lyon or Gare Montparnasse for 15 euros. |

There waa a comfortable lounge on the first floor where we were able to meet up and relax. The staff were also friendly The dining room was in a converted underground tunnel which was very hot and airless, there was only one member of staff serving and we had to ask for everything including the table to be cleared. On the second morning she had to run out and buy more bread for toast even though breakfast was due to be served for a further two hours, and lots of things hadn't been replaced on the buffet |
