Fabulous location, great staff, room was good sized, bath in the bathroom, free wifi, need I say more.
Getting to the airport via the train was a bit of a palaver with luggage.
Ideally located, near Notre Dame, easy to get around. Friendly, helpful staff and small but clean and comfortable rooms. Ideal for using as a base to sleep while sight-seeing.
Location was very good but hotel is in a mess with work that is going on. We were offered a free breakfast but I think the hotel could have done more to reemburse us as the place is a mess.
The walls are thin , decor outdated , wires loose hanging from ceilings, loud plumbing, tiny rooms
They were renovating the hallways so this was a little uncomfortable. Very little natural light in the room.
Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was secure and most importantly it was central - you can walk everywhere!
The decorators were occupying our floor, but that was ok. The shower was feeble.... but at least the water was hot!
The friendly personnel, the location and that my special wish, room towadrs courtyard, was met. Good buffet breakfast in 16th century vaults in the basement
The tiny provisional reception on the ground floor with no place to sit down or even put your luggage on the floor. The very narrow staircase that was also being repainted.
Fantastic staff and very good breakfast location was very good
The prices does not go hand in hand with the hotel accommodation, it started really bad but the staff did their best to solve the problems. Pictures lies about the hotel standard and who wants to end up in a renovation site?????
Location, clean room, very friendly and helpful staff.
Wi-Fi was terrible and room had no view at all. It was quite expensive but that is to be expected in Paris
Excellent location, helpful staff
Room and shower were very clean.Toiletries were good quality Good price for it's location, close to Notre Dame and Batobus pickup point. Easy to get breakfast in local cafes.. we didn't want to pay hotel prices for breakfast. As a bed for the night this is a good place to stay, if you want luxury stay somewhere else.
Room was tiny, as is often the case in cheap hotels in Paris, you can touch the walls from the bed in room 31
location, location, location! All major Parisian attractions can be reached by foot or the nearby Metro stations.
would prefer, if there would be showers instead of bathtubs and a bit of paint would freshen up the place. However, my teenage daughter found the place "cool".
Well thought out facilities. Comfy bed good reading lights ex. location friendly and helpful staff
not good hot coffee in urn . fresh ground coffee is a must in Paris
We were very pleased with our small charming room with a view to rue de Rivoli. It had a nice bed, a splendid bathroom and we would like to come back!
Location Reception Staff
Size of room View from window Lack of hot water for shower
The location is perfect! We did not use the tube at all as pretty much everything was within the walking distance! 1 hour stroll to the Eiffel Tower by the river paid off as well. The hotel was very good, with extremely friendly, English spoken stuff. Hotel might need a bit of an upgrade, but it was really clean.
Amazing Location, Le Marais neighborhood is great, easy access via Metro, price convenient, rooms well equiped (coffee machine, hair dryer, etc.)
Rooms a little bid small
Very run down overpriced Tiny rooms Would not stay here again
Situated on the Rue de Rivoli, great base to explore central Paris without the need for public transport.
In need of a bit of tlc but for a clean, warm & well situated hotel, couldn't ask for more.
Very close to Notre Dame, Louvre Museum, Pont Nuef and metro station. It is ideal to visit the city.
Small clean rooms. Need to be renewed. Limited breakfast options at floor -2.
Location not bad
The beds are very comfy and very clean. Towels replaced daily. Breakfast choice is very good.
It seemed the room we had was still to be renovated. We most certainly disliked having to use a shower curtain in the shower. Lounge on the 1st floor made it difficult to wait for pickups.
lost my key - wasn't charged Location great Very friendly including breakfast woman
Good location, close to main sightseeing points, close to metro. Very functional - everything inside a tiny room - shower, bath items, WIFI, TV, hair dryer, even kettle and tea&cookie as a present. Seemed quite clean.
Too tiny rooms. Very old furniture.
Room was clean and bathroom a good size, good location.
Upgrade was supposed to be a superior room, but this consisted of a small table and two dining chairs. Tiny lift will only fit two people with one case, and stairs very narrow. Was expecting something of a better standard, would not class as a 3*
