Room was clean and bathroom a good size, good location.
Upgrade was supposed to be a superior room, but this consisted of a small table and two dining chairs. Tiny lift will only fit two people with one case, and stairs very narrow. Was expecting something of a better standard, would not class as a 3*
Nice place close to the hotel de vile metro Clean small and cozy
Shower head had no pressure. Only drizzled. Bath only option. Fire evacuation procedure was hidden high up in closet, and adhesive on back of front door where it must have been placed was a mucky white spongy mess left behind. Window view was depressing of derelict grimy lane way of enclosed buildings. Misleading description of decor styling
Staff were friendly and helpful. Central location was great. A good choice of food at breakfast and excellent value for money.
Two minor criticisms: Replenishment of coffee and bathroom supplies could have been better; however, when I asked for more, staff produced them immediately. The lock on the baggage store was a bit temperamental.
Excellent location so even though the hotel is very small and the rooms basic and a wee bit cramped we were not there except to sleep so for us it was adequate
the carpet in the halls was very old and stained, the walls needed a fresh coat of paint. the ceiling in the bathroom need to be repaired and the escape route for fire we found underneath the fridge.
Exellent friendley staff welcome you And provide you with all you needs for the room, exellent location near the louver and shopping area.
Superior room is larger than a standard hotel room in Paris.
Chair was not comfortable. Bathtub was a bit too high.
the lift was broken, there was no air conditioning, the airdryier was broken and the internet connection was very low. Moreover I need to sleep with the windows closed because there was noise in the street. What else?
Tiny room 3 star really!!!
entrance in small corridor, no lobby place n lift very tight and so on
The hotel was perfect for a Holiday in the centre of Paris: Nice and easygoing staff, 24/7 open reception, nice rooms with nice bathrooms, good service.
A bit noisy from the other rooms as many hotels are in Paris.
Price, Room size, in bad need of decoration, lack of storage, bathroom small and a little grungy
Very small rooms
The staff were excellent and so helpful and pleasant. The hotel's location to the Seine and metro made the trip very easy. The beds were very comfortable indeed.
Can't think of anything that I didn't like about the hotel.
Service was great. Could check in earlier than planned.
Additional care should be given to drainage (bathroom).
Location was good, nice staff
Room a little small
Close to restaurants, shops, river and Paris tourist attractions. Comfortable bed. Silent air-condition. Working WiFi. Nice staff.
Noisy location. Extremely dirty carpeting in the room and outside and very pure reception desk in the corridor, make the bad impression.
Cosmopolitan mix of people Good cafes Comfortable bed Good cleaning staff
Staff at front desk, not all that knowledgable or friendly. More interested in their computer screen than greeting clients or initiating conversation. Our sons room had been renovated but ours had not. Our room needed serious work done on it.
We went to Paris for business & pleasure. We look for 3 things . Location / good shower / comfy bed this had all of those !! Staff were so helpful & lovely. Lots of vintage ships around here & high street ones . Everything is walking distance. Great pizza rest next door in the little square too! And loads of cool cafés. Metro give mins away. Wifi 100% logs you in as soon as enter back into hotel. We didn't watch tv surf or use phones much we just slept and showered and headed out but could pop back anytime as it wasn't far away. Would defo recommend it young couples
Only thing we didn't like was the shower bath area had no shower door or curtain. For safety reasons it's dangerous I nearly slipped as the water goes all over floor and you have to use your towels then to mop it up. Our room was quite small yes but like I said we slept & showered there that's it. We had front road room wrb two big windows. Quite busy traffic but when closed it's fine we slept like babies beds sooo comfy. I seen a lovely twin room Down the end think no 27 and was bigger and lighter and had flowers was lovely would have liked that one !! But only compliant is the shower door . We had great stay in Paris .
Staff was good Got the room upgraded after we complained Location is excellent
Receptionist was trimming his nails when we got back in the evening The hotel is old and needs refurbishment Rooms are small and very basic Breakfast is a ripoff
Location was excellwnt. Staff were friendly.
Room was too small. No space to move around.
The hotel was absolutely amazing. We got the room with the balcony and it was just amazing, location wise was excellent you could get the metro anywhere and was not far at all. There is retail shops all around you and cheap aswell. Excellent value for money and will definitely stay there again.
I have stayed here with my fiancee for 7 days. We loved the neighborhood very much while we had a reasonable comfort. We have walked though most of our hotel neighborhood. There are a lot of french style cafes and restaurants, as well as a couple of supermarkets and 4 lines of bus in 1 minute waling radius. There's also two close metro station nearby (1min and 5min RER). It was very close to the river (2min walk), 20 minutes walk to Louvre museum. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and at a good price, but since the dining room is at the basement you may prefer to dine at the nearby cafes. Oh and reliable WiFi.
Everything in this hotel was tiny, the elevator, the pathways and oh my god the room... we had 2 medium sized suitcases plus 2 bags. I had trouble moving the suitcases to the other end of the room and I had to lift them to pass the bed. The room size was equal to a twin bed plus 30cm distance to wall from each side. The shower was 80cm by 80cm. But since we spent only about 10 hours in the hotel (8 hours sleep + 2 hours resting and using the web), its being small did not hurt much.
+ location + good interior + fast Wi-Fi + polite staff
- mould in bathroom is not hygenic - could be more tourist info at reception
