Great location. Nice room. Friendly/helpful staff. Good housekeeping service.

A tax was added to our bill even though our documents stated that the vat and City/tourist tax was included in the price and a Service charge was not applicable.

Rip off wine prices.Promised ice on morning of departure (for my wife's medication) but no ice available. Not informed about the 2 euro per night tax until departure. Will not return.

The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helfpul. The location was great. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, yet right by the Opera metro.

I worked very carefully to find the perfect hotel including air conditioning. When we arrived, they put us on the top floor and the air conditioning didn't work. They told me that they turn off the coolant after Sept. 1St. I was extremely disappointed because I paid more for that comfort. It also happened to be a rare 85 degree sunny day.

Great location near the Opera. Very friendly and efficient reception staff.

The position was good walking distance of the Louvre .

Location - within a walking distance to the Louvre, Metro stations, cafes and shops.

I liked the location, the service at the reception desk and the two windows in the room.

the bathroom was compact, not enough storage space in the room, poor lighting, very expensive internet access.

We had a Deluxe room with a fantastic balcony at the end of the building overviewing the pulse of Paris

とにかくロケーションが最高。 オペラ座から徒歩3分くらい？ 周りは日本食レストランに囲まれ、治安の悪さも全く感じなかった。 お部屋の広さも、2人分のスーツケースを何とか広げられる程度はあったし、 何よりお風呂がフランスには珍しくキレイ♥ 水圧もしっかりしてたし、ドライヤーも備え付けで風力もしっかりしてて助かりました。 フランスに訪れた時は、また利用したいホテルです。

отличное расположение отеля, в шаговой доступности лувр, вандомская площадь, опера, сады тюильри и т.д.персонал отеля очень любезен, всегда готов помочь и проконсультировать по всем вопросам. завтрак хотя и "европейский", но дают столько разнообразной выпечки, что можно лопнуть. ну и естественно йогурты, сыры, масло, джемы и соки. правда на четвертый день круасаны уже в горло не лезли, но при нашем варианте брони, мы могли и не завтракать в отеле, так что всем, кто не в состоянии питаться булками долгое время рекомендую бронировать этот отель с возможностью доплаты за завтрак.

есть шанс попасть в маленький номер при одинаковом заказе на размещение. твины на более высоких этажах (мы жили на пятом), намного меньше чем твин на втором или третьем. слышимость в отеле просто потрясающая, когда заходят в соседний номер, такое впечатление, что человек к тебе в номер пришел. и еще у нас были жутко неудобные подушки. они сделаны из кокого- то синтетического материала, который напоминает надутый матрас, во всяком случае ощущение, когда лежишь на этой подушке, именно такое. при этом она не принимает накакую другую форму, кроме изначально заложенной, поэтому "устроиться" на ней практически не возможно. одним словом - мучение!!!!

主要な観光地へのアクセスがしやすかった。また、ショッピングエリアにも近く不自由することがなかった。

ロワシーバス停から近いので、当ホテルを選びました。5分くらいの距離でした。プランタンなどのデパートも- 近くにありロケーションは最高です。日本のNHK衛星放送が映るので、毎日見ることができました。部屋は思- っていたより広く、スーツケース2個広げるには十分なスペースがありました。バスのお湯の出も申し分ないな- かったです。バスルームも広くて快適でした。物を置くスペースがあれば尚良かった。階段とかには老朽化が見- られたが、部屋は清潔で、特に気になるようなことはなかった。
