The location speaks for itself, right next to the beach. You are across from the private beaches, 200 meters from the public beach. Less than a five minute walk to the train station. Also, around the corner is a small grocery store. The cleanliness of the room was ok and the air conditioning worked very well. For the amount of money you pay you would expect it to be more like a 4 star.

Close to the beach and the night life The room offered is far away of its description on the web. The room offered for 2 ppl has only 1 bed with 1.2m x 2m and the total room incl. Kitchenette, dining table and living/bedroom is about 12sqm. There is not enough place for a normal closet so we had to store most of our clothes in the kitchen cupboard. The dining table is so small that barely 2 ppl could eat on it. The balcony with sea view is a small window and if you really search for it, you can see the sea. The room is very cheaply furnished and not even for free I would stay there ever again.

Excellent location (close to supermarket, train station and many restaurants and beaches). Perfect freindly staff. Very good rooms with all the needed supplies for cooking.

Clean, room large, in the center of the city, perfect for a single day or for many days. Be carefull at the price you've to add 20€ for room cleaning.Paying is also available a car parking. There's no room in front of the hotel for baggage loading/unloading.

Very friendly & helpful owners who spoke excellent English. Also location is excellent for seaside (dining, shopping, walking etc) and for catching the train to Antibes, Cannes etc Our "4 person 1 bedroom apartment with balcony" was advertised as having a double bed, plus 2 singles, plus a sofa that makes into a double bed... but there wasn't a double bed! Just 2 singles & the sofa. We had to book a 2nd apartment for our group of 4 adults

Nice view of Golfe Juan and Esterel mountains. Facilities are basic but adequate, and room was clean. Noise from outside can be a problem at night but I didn't find it a real distraction (no noise within hotel). There was a/c of sorts, but don't know how effective this would be in mid-summer. I needed a self-catering budget option for a few days, and it suited me pretty well.

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione in cui è situato il residence, per la comodità rispetto al centro del paese, bellissimo, e lo stile del locale accoglienza, e soprattutto l'ascensore "vintage" ci torneremo sicuramente.

L'emplacement, bien situé près des plages et des commerces. Bonne literie. Petit balcon vue sur mer. Bon acceuil. Studio pour 2 personnes très petit, grosseur d'une chambre avec une table 2 chaises et un coin cuisine.Vaisselle trop juste (2 verres, 2 fourchettes, 2 cuillères, 1 poele, 1 casserole, etc...). Pas de changement de serviettes de toilette pour un séjour de 6 jours. Ensemble de l'hôtel vétuste: vieille moquette dans les couloirs. Parking trop cher en dehors des périodes chargées du 16 octobre au 21 octobre (15€ par jour en plus de la location). Pas de prix vraiment attractif par booking.

Locatie is ideaal, prachtig uitzicht (zeezicht) bed en badkamer eenvoudig maar goed.Keuken in een woord waardeloos. Geen koffiezetapparaar, 2 pits electrisch kookstel, welke het water voor de eitjes niet aan de kook kreeg. vanaf dag twee buitenshuis geontbijt.

Gérante très disponible et arrangeante. La plage se situe à 5min à pied (sable fin). Commerces et restaurant très proche. Coin très vivant et animé même la nuit. Chambre d’hôtel climatisée. Grande fenêtre (pratique pour faire sécher linges de bain). Petite kitchenette dans la chambre avec vaisselle et couverts. Ascenseur pour les bagages. Fenêtres double vitrage. Très bien dormis. Place de parking en supplément (obligatoire car aucune place libre dans les rues). Un changement des linges de bain au milieu du séjour aurait été apprécié.

“The location was excellent - only a few minutes from the railway station and not many more from the restaurants and the beach. Given its central location it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We had a balcony and it was especially relaxing to sit there at night sipping our wine. Madame and Monsieur were exceptionally friendly and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. Our room, although not posh, was good, with everything we needed and it was cleaned and bedding and towels changed very frequently.
