Cancellation
Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit
25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Carte Bleue
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
The full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of the check-in. There is no refund for early departure.
An extra charge for cleaning service is applicable if you check out on a Sunday.

very close to the beach, shops and restaurants (we loved having a dinner at the beach restaurants with the feet in the sand), nice personnel, small, but cozy apparments, we had a very good sea view from ours, 5 min. to the train station - easy access to Nice, Cannes, Monaco etc. at times there is too much noise in the evenings (especially from 10pm to 12). With small children might be an issue |

The staff was very friendly, the studio was very good! What the hotel offered privat "Juanita Beach" is very dirty, and the staff is very unfrienly and arrogant there. |

The résidence is very close to the Beach and has preferential rates at one of the private beaches. The staff and owners are all very friendly and the rooms are a good size. A great find, would definitely go back. The lift is a little on the small side. |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Nähe zum Meer. Praktische Zimmereinrichtung für Selbstversorger. Klimaanlage. Saubere Zimmer. Zentrale Lage. Ruhesuchende müssen sich andere Bleibe suchen, da das Nachtleben draussen auf der Strasse bis spät in die Nacht andauert. Uns störte es nicht. |

Kanonbra läge precis bredvid stranden och bara fem minuters gångväg till mataffär, mycket trevlig personal och bra standard på rummen Inget byte av handdukar eller lakan under veckan var inkluderat i priset, saknade en del utrustning i köket som tex skärbräda |

Кухня в номере, плита, есть вся необходимая посуда для готовки Номер на полном самообслуживании (даже не убирают), по-моему подходит только для краткосрочного пребывания. Нужен хотя бы минимальный набор доп. Услуг. |

la situation , a quelques pas de la plage , l'avantage de ce genre d'hotel on peut faire chauffer où cuisiner des choses simples qui son moins onéreuses qu'au resto tout en ayant une vue imprenable sur la mer, l'endoit est calme en juin .pour le schopping c'est super |

De ligging was goed. Mogelijkheid tot parkeren in garage aan de overkant (wel tegen betaling van eur 90). De eigenaren van het hotel waren vriendelijk. Er was geen schoonmaak of tussentijds wisselen van handdoeken. Halverwege verblijf kregen wij op verzoek nieuwe handdoeken op de kamer. De kamer was klein en de faciliteiten op de kamer waren beperkt. Voor het tussentijds schoonmaken van de kamer moest betaald worden (vreemd het is toch een hotel?). We bestempelen het als een 'oude mensen' hotel. |

grande disponibilità dello staff, tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno non lungo, la vicinanza al mare, wi-fi gratis.Possibilità di prenotazione di un posto auto al coperto e riservato (15 € al gg): il parcheggio in generale a juan les pins, ma anche in tutta la costa azzurra, è un problema. Juan les pins è davvero fantastica, a metà strada da altri luoghi (nizza, antibes, cannes..). |

La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, la vicinanza al mare e al centro la moquette nell'appartamento è anti igienica. abbiamo trovato qualche capello nella coperta (non erano sicuramente nostri). attrezzature per cucinare un po' sguarnite. |
