The location was fantastic, only 2 blocks from the Champs Elysees. The overall hotel was great band they took excellent care of their guests. |

The location is excellent. At the centre of the city, just off the Champs Elysse. The breakfast is very expensive, not acceptable. |

We liked that the hotel was located just off the Champs Elysee, and only a short walk to the Metro. It was a very quiet, comfortable hotel, with a lovely living room/sitting area. The breakfast was excellent. The furnishings/decor are well-chosen. If guests need a large room, this is probably not the hotel for them. The standard room is small, but fact that there was so much outside light with French doors opening out to the balcony gave it a larger 'feel'. |

Refurbishment had been well done.Well placed for the restaurants and shops on the Champs Elysee Rooms somewhat small but in Paris it is to be expected |

The hotel wasn't available for the first night of the reservation, but the staff put us up at a nearby hotel and upgraded our room to compensate us for the inconvenience. The room was very nice, clean and pleasant. Location is outstanding - steps from the Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe and the Metro. Breakfast staff was very friendly. Would stay there again and have already recommended to... Shower alternated between cold and hot a little too much. |

Attentive and helpful staff.The attention to detail in all areas are a delight. Fresh flowers in all public areas. Very quiet area although only 2 minutes from the Champs Elyeses.Good choice of quality food at breakfast. Comfortable beds and luxury surroundings. |

beautiful and super convenient location. my room was very quiet and comfortable with terrific blackout shades. the metro is very near and easy to use from the eurostar station. concierge is overworked and has too many jobs to do at any one time. one feels guilty to bother with more than a question or two. |

excellent location in city center, quiet street, quiet room with a balcony, never heard the neighbors, did not include the breakfast in the hotel - lots of options outside...helpful staff. i would stay there again and recommend to others without qualification |

This is a very pleasant and well-appointed hotel. Service and cleanliness were excellent. We decided to arrive early, and the concierge went out of his way to arrange accommodation for us at the "sister" property on our first night because this hotel was full. Our room at the Francois 1er was large and comfortable, with very good storage. |

location yes. the decor looks impressive on the internet but when you get there, you realise that everything is fake: the wood panels are just paint, the numerous rows of bookd are not real and so forth. it does look that a cheap decoration job. |
