A bookingon keresztül foglaltunk egy superior szobát. Érkezésünkkor kaptunk egy standardot, mondván az egy "standard superior" (habér ilyen sem az árlistájukon, sem a web oldaukon nem szerepel). A szoba jelentősen kisebb volt, mint amit kellett volna kapnunk. Jelezték, hogy nincs másik szobájuk, és hogy az adott árhoz képest (amit a bookingon keresztül kaptunk) még ez is nagyon jó ár/érték arány. Csak másnapra tudtuk nagyobb szobát kapni. Szerintem ez a kalsszikus " ha nem a mi közvetlen oldalunkon foglaltál, akkor csak a maradékot adjuk, így is nyertél" effektus, amit már kiveszni hittem. Ez azért különösen kár, mert egyébként a szálloda jó lenne. Így átrázva érezzük magunkat.

too expensive (almost $400) for such a small rooms although i took an executive one!!

Reserved for 3 (two kids), but when I got there they charged me 80e more per night for the "additional" child. Paris is expensive, but this is silly.

Paper thin walls! You hear everthing all night long baths, showers, sex, phone conversations, Amercain tourists rude with no manners. They bang doors in the middle of the night, shout in the corridor,talk loud for hours. Exausting!

It is well located for touring Paris. Staff was attentive. Rooms good size for reasonably priced European hotel.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a nice part of town within minutes walk to nice restaurants and cafes. It also looks like the pictures on the website, which is always a relief.

Only minor things mostly related to the bathroom. The hot water in the bathroom sink reached almost scalding immediately. The shower temperature fluctuated between hot & cold. There was also a loud fan in the bathroom that could not be turned off by a switch, so we had to keep the pocket door closed all the time. You could still hear it somewhat since it was next to our bed.

Ideally placed just off the Champs-Elysees on a peacefull little street. Provides the perfect base for exploring and relaxing alike.

We liked that the hotel was located just off the Champs Elysee, and only a short walk to the Metro. It was a very quiet, comfortable hotel, with a lovely living room/sitting area. The breakfast was excellent. The furnishings/decor are well-chosen.

If guests need a large room, this is probably not the hotel for them. The standard room is small, but fact that there was so much outside light with French doors opening out to the balcony gave it a larger 'feel'.

Rooms somewhat small but in Paris it is to be expected
