The location is perfect. It is close to a metro station. and it's 5 min. walk to la defence mall. Also the room was very nice and clean. Every thing was fine |

Cleaning everyday, view, nice and relaxing for the family The apartment didnt have washer, dryer (lundry facilities) which is not convieniant for families planning to stay more than a week. Also if the hotel have an exit from the upper floors for familes with babies strollers because the outside staira and not convieniant |

The room had all the space we required and was quite comfortable. Also ease to catch the Metro. Parking not included in rate, and the strange way the power requires a key card. |

1 room apartment was perfect for my family.it clean and has almost what we need romm service .check aut system, for 10 min after 3 late check aut i had to pay 1 night extra!! |

The room is very large and comfortable. However it is a bit old, at least 25 years old. So it's not like "Suite". Breakfast is not brilliant, but it is probably on average in France. Overall, I would say it is a good hotel. The hotel is located very close to the metro. However there is no pub or restaurant around. Also bear in mind you have to go through very long steps to get there as there is no lift near by. Guest with heavy luggage might struggle with it. You have to put a deposit as much as the room charge. The hotel doesn't trust guests, that means the hotel is not safe? |

le personnel est très agréable et accueillant toujours souriant. Surtout pour le petit déjeuner,toujours volontaire pour satisfaire les volontés du client et toujours un petit mot pour les enfants. nous étions en famille avec un grand ado. Dommage qu'il ait fallu flatter le recptionniste lors du départ pour un départ à 16h30 car notre vol était prévu à 21h00.Il fallait régler une nuit supplémentaire.Selon cet agent si départ à 14h00 alors obligation de régler une demi nuit en sup et si départ à 16h30 ce sera une nuit complète supplémentaire; Cela nous a paru très exagéré et non commerciale dommage car c'est le seul bémol de ce séjour. J'avais séjourné dans cette résidence au mois de décembre (vacances), l'agent qui travaillait le jour du départ nous avait accordé un départ à 16h30 sans aucun frais sup. je crois que c'est au bon vouloir de l'agent et c'est dommage que la tête du client soit un critère dens cette décision. |
