Dirty walls; old with holes sofa for kids to sleep; dirty blankets at the sofa Location a bit far from the city center, takes time to get there

- The hotel is close to the metro station which is about 10 minutes to the champs and there is a taxi stop in front of the hotel door

- There was a bad smell in the suite that caused me a headache - Very old ripped furniture and walls painting - AC was noisy and not cold enough - Very slow and continuously disconnected wifi

Great location close to the subway.Clean appartment nice staff.The beds were really good. We might visit again! The kids loved the free wifi.

It needs some updates, not enough chairs to sit only one coach for 5 people.

Access to car park involves having to go outside with several controlled access doors and lift. If patrons have a lot of luggage this is inconvenient.

description how to get to the hotel is not good for someone, who does not know it there (no street names, simplification etc.), and the GPS coordinates are in some strange format, that is not common - it took us 2 hrs to find the hotel

Very, very hard to find the underground parking, poor signage, and nightmare to maneuver around that area of Paris trying to "find" the correct parking area. That is, you can't just drive up to the front door.

It was a nice sized apartments for a family of 4. Very clean, comfortable and big for paris. The kitchen was very good too

It was a 10 minute metro ride into down town. Being in the business district, there were no restaurants or grocery stores that we could find. Little far from the action

It was very convenient and I was not 'cramped up' in a tiny, dingy, little room.

Kitchen had a unusual smell.

Friendly personnel, always ready to help. My stay was extended by 7pm free of charge. Cleaning is good, rooms are spacious. Quite good commuting to the downtown. Good kitchen with all you need.

The location was very good in a quit place and near Metro Station can take you every where

Very close to the metro station, very close to the business area if you are coming for business purpose, 5 min by metro to champs street, staff are friendly and hotel are clean, so if you looking for nice suite with good price this hotel is definitely what you looking for!

Breakfast is expensive and nobody serve anything on the bar! Its like the bar is for decorate!!

- No hot water (in January!) on the first day. Staff responded it was a known(?!?!) problem... - Internet access is charged additionally. Hello!... this is 2013!

Close to La Défense business center

Comfortable hotel nearby metrostation; paris centre is only 15minutes away. Fair value for money.

Needs some paint up here and there; but not disturbing.

I ike the room

I asked the front desk manager to refill the instant coffee( two littles bags for two cups) on the second morning and I was quite upset to hear they offer only two per stay!!!!! Next time if it's a gift I would suggest you to put a nice gift rubon around it and tell your customers it's a gift! It's so cheap from you! i spend so much money for my stay and next time i will find an other hotel!
