Very friendly personnel, we even got a free upgrade to one of the premium rooms, very quick replies to mail requests; superclean, awesome location (very close to the métro), rooms are cosy and the beds very comfy, many restaurants around the corner
Staff spoke very good English and were more than happy to help! Metro station right around the corner for ease of access into Paris, getting to and from Airports without Taxi assistance was a bit tricky at night, but with a well planned route there would be no need to shell out for a cab! Wifi was decent and room service was on point, lovely weekend away with my Girlfriend. Highly recommend! :) P.s 'Au Metro' Restaurant down the road was brilliant and staff spoke English
Loved free wireless.
Comfy bed, Free WiFi, Lovely lounge area, Very friendly and helpful staff, Great value, Near to some nice places to eat
Slightly small room No fridge in room
This was our second stay - the previous being in 1982 when the only positive thing to say was that it was cheap. By Paris standards, it's still good value. The location is excellent, it's about two minutes to either of two Métro stations on ligne 13. The district is quiet but there are some excellent bistros and shops nearby (Au Métro 14 and Les Frangines both worth a visit). Very clean, lots of hot water, comfortable and very quiet and effective heating.
The room was quite small. That's all!
Great place to stay, in a very typically, but not too touristy Parisian neighborhood, close to subway! Nice breakfast buffet, but there are also other restaurants close by to get a good breakfast. We liked the design of the hotel! Room was small, but OK. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
What a lovely little place. Off the beaten tourist path, but close to so many treasures, like Jardin de Luxembourg. Staff were exceptional, room was quiet, room cosy and well appointed, with a small outside terrace. Recommend giving it a try.
kind and clean
Location was great. On a quiet street, fifty meters away from many cool restaurants and shops. Design in the room was very nice. Good simple breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. 100 meters away from metro station.
Wifi coverage was not so good, but very good connection in the lobby.
Good Location in a lively area with lots of shops and restaurants. Close to two Metro stations. Good WiFi Connection.
Door to shower cabin cannot be completely closed, so there is always a risk of a wet bathroom floor when showering.
Public parking near by, very kind staff, quiet location, good breakfast, though a bit expensive at 12euros
glass door to toilet with shower; it definitely can be covered by something, especially when you travel with kids it's not a plus; 3rd bed in a room was in very poor status and should be replaced, though it was comfy to sleep it looked like falling into pieces
Staff was amazing. Mr Sylvain was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance from the metro
It was not super cheap but we stayed there during high season
The hotel room was contemporary. Very well designed with great lighting. You can order alcohol to your room.
I left my charger and the staff said they would call me back but I never heard back from them.
excellent hotel,nice location!!
Very tiny elevator!
Very nice room and decor (we booked a bigger room) Carpet seems new and clean.
Poor experience w a particular staff. when we arrived, he cld see guests have arrived but did nothing to come to greet the guests as we were unloading the luggage fr the cab. can driver signalled to him and he either didnt see or didnt bother. no help w luggage to rooms to lift nor room (which isnt a big issue, but just didnt help overall and not so pleasant experience) bathroom has a bath tub, but the mechanism wasnt working (either tt or we didnt know how to lock it for a bath). Called reception and the same guy on duty said maintenance staff was not ard. asked him to take a look and he said he couldnt as he was the only person at reception and couldnt leave the desk. didnt provide alternatives and didnt follow up the following day. poor experience w this particular staff. when we left, he also didnt bother to help w luggage nor greet goodbye. hot water in the room is also a bit hard to control. water has to run for q a while, and then it becomes sorching hot. when i adjust ever so slightly, it became freezing cold. no fun when its winter time! room doors are v heavy and yet poor noise control. the guests next door came late at night (abt midnight) and it woke us fr our sleep cos of the noise from the door and also their voices (doors are literally next to each other). i dun blame the guests cos they prob dun know they cld be heard so clearly and loudly. overall stay was still okay cos the rooms were comfortable. given the positive reviews fr the other visitors, i did expect more. service wise, this was the least pleasant in our almost 3 wks in europe.
I liked everything ! Don't tell it too loud , it's one of the best boutique hotels in Paris. Special award to Panos at the reception desk . He was very helpful and I felt like at home.
Cramped space; breakfast, limited menu
The space in the room was excellent with a very good fit out. Hotel is small and on a quiet street with many eating options nearby.
Will return to this hotel!
Fred hotel was really lovely, clean and had everything you needed. Also close to lovely shops with a nice atmosphere and easy to get into town to where all the main attractions are.
nothing, it was perfect for what it was. A little small, but to be expected in Paris.
It was close to the subway station. This is the best thing for this hotel.(To get to the Effel or air bus, You need to take a subway and it takes sometime like 5-6 station?? also need to transfer to another line.) Room was clean and the staffs were nice.
Room was too tiny and door lock was old fashioned. They used a heavy old key(not a card key). That's all.
Location, cleanliness, help given in English, security. For sure, we will stay there again.
Rooms are smaller than American standards but, hey, you are in Europe and in Paris. It is normal.
The room was large, clean, modern and well finished, with a bathtub. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. It's also well-located near the subway.
Near Metro Very fast WIFI Clean Quiet Helpful staff Good breakfast
Received two wake up calls that I did not book. One was 30 min before I wanted to wake up. Only a minor inconvenience
