Great hotel, Staff extremely helpful and friendly, great location.suggest corner rooms (104, 204, 304 ect) because they are very roomy. |

Highly hospitable and responsive service oriented staff. Very good value for money. I stayed at the superior double room which is really worth the difference in price. The rooms were clean and renovated. Would definitly recommend this hotel for Paris visitors. Although WIFI access is free, I didn'y like that I had to sit in the hotel lobby area to be able access the WIFI because of the weak signal in the room. |

Location is indeed convenient and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was splendid The lift is a bit small and for a larger person with bags it can be cumbersome |

the location the rooms need redecoration, because they look old fashion. Frrom the rooms point of view for me they look like a 3 stars hotel |

The staff were very nice and friendly and were able to answer any questions in our spoken language which was important to us. |

I liked most the location I disliked the spaces of the rooms, and the breakfast was very poor, my reservation wasdeluxe room but the result wasfar from deluxe |

The location of the hotel was absolutely best. And the staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was the same all the time, could be more various. To few people working at the hotel so they didn't have time to clean the tables. |

Location, the decoration of the rooms For a hotel 4 stars the breakfast is poor, when I arrived there were problems with the safe that was solved only 2 days later, and the door was not locking on the inside. I wasted time to resolve these questions. I went to Paris in vacation and bought tranquillity and safety when 4 stars did the reserve in a hotel, but it was not that that I found. |

The hotel provided an exellent central base to explore the city close to many of the great land marks and close to the metro. the evening buffet made the stay even more enjoyable as you were sure of ready welcome. |

A pleasant, friendly reception and courteous manner throughout stay from all reception staff. Room was of a high standard. The included breakfast and tea-time buffet during my stay increased the value for money for this hotel, but this was an unexpected surprise, as it was not advertised at the time of booking. |

Its extremely small hotel,was very expensive,food was pathetic and i have never seen such a bad best westren.i booked seven hotels from booking.com in a span of 21 days,this was the only hotel which took 100%advance and was the worst.Now i know why did they take advance.I recommend strongly that plz remove this hotel from such a wonderful website like yours. Theres nothing i liked about this hotel. |

everything that was offered in its efficiency, cleanliness, service. Your staff were pleasant andhelpful and gracious. Breakfast was substantial and variable in its choices. the dinner meal was always the same so we ended up not using it for two days out of the four we were there. |
