In prijs begrepen diner was totaal onder alles zodat wij naar een ander restaurant uitgeweken zijn.

Prima locatie,op steenworp afstand van rue Champs de Elysees en dichtbij een metrostation

Ik had een superior room geboekt met balcon en kreeg een standaard room op zolder zonder balcon en ook geen uitzicht.

Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum en vlakbij de metro. Je kunt vanaf hier alles bereiken. Alleen de prijs van het parkeren was niet 20 maar 26 euro per dag in een openbare parking. De kamers zijn klein maar netjes ingericht. De badkamer was zeer schoon. We konden goed slapen en hadden prachtig uitzicht op de Arc the Triomph. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader als je comfortabel Parijs wilt zien.

Kamers waren schoon en de inrichting was modern. Het hotel is zeer centraal en lopen is veel te berijken

Kamer was gelegen aan zijde van het kruispunt, daardoor lawaai verkeer. Ontbijt is zijn prijs niet waard, kleine ruimte - weinig keuze. Ontvangsthal is klein, geen lounge, geen bar. Eerder kleine kamers, sommige hebben geen safe.

The most I like in this hotel is the location, then the service in the front disk however I would like to mention that gentlemen’s were much helpful than the ladies, as I remember that I ask once to order a taxi and the lady inform later when I went down that she forgot, same happen when I ask to do a reservation in restaurant, she promised to do it but she informed later that she forgot? All available service in hotel was good

i like the locaition for the hotel and it was so quiet in hotel .. some of the stuffs are very Jentil

yaah .. one day ,, i was with my wife at my room and one lady entering my room without my permition .. that was not good .. shame on her .

The location was superb and the staff quite friendly and helpful. The inclusion of B'fast and minibar was nice touch. The bathroom was great, but needed more light and easier access to the tub. Internet access was efficient and high value.

The rooms were small, especially when compared to the expectations from the pictures online. The mattresses were hard and there were no wash cloths for the bathroom. The seating in the room was minimal and uncomfortable. Though it was rated 4 stars, it was not a 4 star hotel. The dinner at the bw across the street was not worth mentioning as a dinner, maybe appetizers.

yes they told us at arrival our room was booked the cutomers wanted to stay longer and they gave us an diff room in the other hotel in the street the first room we got was really bad aftre complaining we received a better room but still this room was not the one we booked so we dont choose this hotel again for next trip

excellent helpful staff, reasonable location in paris, the 4 in 1 welcome pack was fantastic, great breakfast and dinner buffet (both included in the price)

room temperature was a little warm, air conditioning didn't work, parking was a decent walk away with bags but accessible.

I liked the offer that the hotel had which was 4 in 1, interet wifi was fast and cleaning was exteremly good. Its in a quiet area and very close to the champs elysees and metro. Would recommend this hotel

everything was great but the last day when we wanted to check out hotel phone bill which shocked us. 8mins of using the phone costed us about 154euro we couldnt believe our eyes, We complaint about it and had 50% off and payed 77euro which also quite much that was only the drawback of this hotel.
