Best Western Champs Elysées Friedland

Personalet var veldig hjelpsomme, serviceinnstilte og hyggelige. Det var veldig flott å bli møtt med et glass nydelig champagne når vi ankom hotellet slitne og sent på kvelden. Forkosten på hotellet var sjamerende, selve frokostsalen var intim, rolig og med en god atmosfære. Dessuten hadde de en voksen dyktig kvinne til å rydde og passe på at alt var i tipp topp stand hele tiden.

To ting som trekker hotellet litt ned var at: 1. dobbeltrommet var litt lite. Sammen med min kjæreste hadde det ikke gjort meg noe men siden jeg reiste sammen med ei venninne skulle jeg gjerne sett at det var litt romsligere. 2. det var ikke sluk på badet så det fløt en del vann etter to dusjer. Dette burde utbedres.

Området, gåavstand til masse faseliteter. Dyktige personale. Vil si det er akuratt som et litt over gjennomsnitts hotell som i alle storbyer.

Great hotel, Staff extremely helpful and friendly, great location.suggest corner rooms (104, 204, 304 ect) because they are very roomy.

For a hotel 4 stars the breakfast is poor, when I arrived there were problems with the safe that was solved only 2 days later, and the door was not locking on the inside. I wasted time to resolve these questions. I went to Paris in vacation and bought tranquillity and safety when 4 stars did the reserve in a hotel, but it was not that that I found.

it was close to the centre of Paris and was in a quiet area, the breakfast was also good value for money.

The hotel provided an exellent central base to explore the city close to many of the great land marks and close to the metro. the evening buffet made the stay even more enjoyable as you were sure of ready welcome.

A pleasant, friendly reception and courteous manner throughout stay from all reception staff. Room was of a high standard. The included breakfast and tea-time buffet during my stay increased the value for money for this hotel, but this was an unexpected surprise, as it was not advertised at the time of booking.
