Nothing - a great little hotel

Great hotel with nice staff ,Good location . The hotel was ideal for what we wanted.

The staff at the reception was very kindly. The location of the hotel was good.

The bathroom was very bad cleaned. We stayed for 4 nights and we did not get clean sheets for 4 nights. We had to use our breakfast in the room, because the dining room was renovated. We had only one chair in the room. Why were we not informed about this in advance, then we should never have booked this hotel.

Staff was very helpful. They went out of the way to help me with train ticket issues. Buffet breakfast was nice and had meats and eggs. They also had a tea in the afternoon that looked great. Would stay again. Near Arc d'Triomphe and Metro station.

The staff were friendly and always had a hello when we met them. The breakfast was very tasty and our room was spotless.

We were supposed to get a complementary glass of champagne on arrival, which never materialised.When we asked about the tea time buffet, which was also supposed to be complementary we were told it was extra. Its only a small complaint but it did not specify when we booked the room that we would not get these complementary items.

Excellent staff who are always willing to help. This was our second time in this hotel and we will definitely go back again.

Location was convenient and price was affordable. Minibar policy and mid- day snack was nice.

One man show from the receptionist. He does everything even replenish the breakfast buffet. No porter service. The wifi connection is day in day out depends how lucky you are. Toiletry items on the poor side.

Very friendly and helpful staff (I had read negative reviews, but for us, they were absolutely lovely.) They seemed to speak English, even though we spoke French with them. Nice that everything was included in the room price - champagne, breakfast, wifi. We got upgraded, but the room was what I'd call standard, very nice and well-appointed for Paris. Clean, functional bathroom (although I'll never understand the French's love affair with that stupid glass half-wall in the shower that never keeps the water in...) Since we got a discounted rate on Booking, it was quite a deal - and right off of the Arc de Triomphe! Close to restaurants and the Champs Elysées.

From the room, it was a little bit noisy within the hotel, as the walls and interior door are not that thick. But it was well insulated from sound from outside, with double doors to the balcony.

What I liked mist in the hotel is its location near many of touris attractions in Paris as well as restaurants and shopping areas

The location was perfect - -heart of downtown Paris. , shopping , & food choices - above the norm. Breakfast & afternoon tea - nothing like you get in Canada --excellent.

First of all I liked the location of the hotel. Close to the main places of my interest. That was one of the reason I chose the hotel. Then the hotel arranges brunches from 17.00 till 20.00 and that was really good. Free wi fi was helpful. Free minibar replenished every three days.

I believe the hotel needs renovation of the rooms as they were not clean enough, I mean even the rooms were made up, they still looked very "unfresh"
