The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very well localized near the center of the city and with easy acess to the tram lines a and C. When I had a problem with my room, they solved immediately. The shower did not have a curtain, so the bathroom got wet during the shower and the bathroom door had a broken handle, so it had to be open all the time. The Internet in my room was failing all the time.

It is small and friendly, bright and cheerfu.l We would have really appreciated tea and coffee making facilities in the room after a busy day in the city, and would have been prepared to pay a bit more for this facility.

great parking for our motorcycle, a lock up garage underground, just across the road from the hotel. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the main areas and a map provided by the hotel. Nice hotel, no issues. Just my choice but we used Grenoble as a convenient stop off, It is a very busy town, too much. Lots of traffic and for that reason we would not stay in Grenoble again.

It's was a prime location less than 500m from the start of the 2011 Tour de France tt stage 20 in Grenoble, so we were able to walk to the start. The Lockable garage was great value at 6.50euro a day. There isn't much that we didn't like, though we did find the bed was rather squeaky from any movement made.

It was fairly obvious, despite us being paying customers who were just there to sleep, the staff did not want us to be there. Very unfriendly reception.

The bathroom is big! There are a tube and two towels! The wi-fi is stable! It's a little noisy! It seems that the air-conditioner hasn't worked for a long time, so it smells greatly awful when it;s working.

Je ne pouvais pas me connecter a l'Internet, et il n'y avait personne qui y travaillait qui a pu m'aider: le wifi gratuit était un des conforts le plus important quand j'ai choisi cet hôtel et je me sentais un peu déçue. Quand même, je comprends que parfois, il y a des problèmes avec la technologie, et cela n'était pas trop grave. Le vrai problème pour moi, c'était la réponse du propriétaire quand je l'ai vu le matin que je partirait. Il était agressif et condescendant, et je n'étais pas du tout impolie quand je lui ai demander l'assistance. Après de ce rendez- vous avec lui, je suis partie tout de suite avec des larmes dans mes yeux (et je n'ai pas l'habitude de ça !) . Je ne sais pas si c'était parce'que j'etais seule et une fille, ou si c'était parce'que je ne parle pas très bien le français, mais j'étais vraiment étonnée.

situation géographique proche du centre et de deux stations de tram. L'accueil est déplorable. Cet hôtel est vraissemblablement tenu par un couple d'une quarantaine d'années qui semble débordé. Il est en tout cas peu aimable et tout doit se faire selon leur propre confort (et non le votre). Je suis arrivée vers 16h et on m'a tout de suite demandé si je prendrais le petit déjeuner. Il faut demander les codes d'accès internet et une fois connecté, le réseau ne fonctionne pas plus d'une demi heure à bas débit. Le gérant me dit que le problème ne peut venir que de mon ordinateur... Il n'y a qu'une seule prise de courant dans la chambre (entre l'ordinateur et le téléphone, il faut choisir lequel recharger). Je suis restée une nuit et le jour de mon départ, je rentre à l'hotel vers 10h15 (check out 11h). La porte de ma chambre est grande ouverte, mes affaires ont été bougées, le lit refait et le ménage fait. Il n'y a personne dans le couloir. Le gérant me dit une nouvelle fois que tout est normal, il pose la nouvelle télé! Autrement dit, cet hôtel ne mérite pas (ou plus) ses deux étoiles.

La situation géographique direct proximité des arrêts de transports en commun. Possibilte de parking prive sécurisé. La propreté de l'établissement. La piètre qualité du couchage. Salle de bain d'un autre âge. Nous sommes en 2012 en non plus en 1970. La propreté de l'établissement reste malgré tout exemplaire.

El personal es muy atento y hacen por explicarse y atenderte en inglés, ya que no sabíamos francés. Imposible descansar en esas camas: tienen el espacio hecho de la persona de lo viejos que son los colchones. Ducharte? La bañera no tiene cortina y no han quitado la cal, con lo que no sale agua con presión. Una y no más.
