Location was very good - very central and easy to find. Room was quite small, and toilet was very disappointingly tiny... we were not happy with the bathroom. It was older hotel than expected. |

Nice location, all sightseeings are in walking distance. Very small double rooms, bathroom. Dirty old carpets. Leaking toilet. I could leave with this, but my girlfriend complained. |

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel location nice and central, meant we were handy for everything we wanted to do. Despite this, the hotel was reasonably quiet for a good night's sleep. The carpets in the bedrooms need a good shampoo! |

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I have to say that this isn't really a hotel, this is a hostel without a doubt! It is not a terrible place to stay but the facilities on offer are ridiculously minimal. For 70 euros a night please go to a backpackers, you'll save 50 euro. |

Don't recommend to stay in this hotel. We travelled a lot in France, and this is the worst hotel we stayed, 1) unfriendly staff. When we came to check-in, the first we heard - "we are full". we even were not said hello and asked "have you booked the rooms?" And we got the answer "As I told you before ..." on the every question we asked. May be that's just the manner of the hotel-guy to talk in English, but defenetely tha sounded very unpolite 2) Hotel does not have a parking, although in hotel details it's said they do. 3) Hotel does not have an elivator. There are 4 floors, and the lift goes only from 2 to 3 or so. Elevator, train the stuff, renovate rooms, add light on stairs, add parking |

Good location for the city trip. Room was clean and staff was polite. Be ready to go with all your lagguage 100 m outside (pedastrian's zone, impossible to go by car), than up the stairs (several flight) ... Also very noisy during the night because of narrow street. I think it should be less expencive... |

Great location right in the city centre and close to all sites and airport bus. Rooms very small and already showing signs of wear and tare since recent refurbishment eg light carpets in room quite stained. Weather was very hot and we could have done with air conditioning rather than a ceiling fan. Staff friendly but tended not to speak English. |

Very centrally located which was why we chose it.Staff were courteous and friendly but I can speak French and that helped greatly. Although I knew my single room would be small, the bathroom wasn't accpetable. The toilet was practically in the shower—uncomfortable to put it mildly. However, the room was clean and as as we were on a budget I thought the hotel was grand. Its brilliant location right in the heart of the city was its main attraction for me. |

The modern design of the rooms while maintaining the charm of an historic building. Excellent place to stay to enjoy exploring the historic center of Bordeaux. Wireless access was a little bit inconsistent. |

Pleasant and helpful staff. Modern design. Convenient location. Cleanliness. Returning after a long day to smell the lavender scent in the room was really a nice touch. There is a lift BUT it's from first to third floor only. My room was on the the fourth (top floor) so I had to drag my luggage from ground floor to third and then from third to fourth... |
