Not much however the front desk clerk tried to be helpful

the hotel is located in a terrible area. Lots of drugs on the street right in front of the hotel. The room was dirty and the bedspreads had rips and burn holes in them. Ran out of toilet paper in the evening after housekeeping had closed. Towels on the second day were hand towels, no bath towels. refrigarator was broken and when plugged in, tripped the circuit in the entire room leaving us in the dark. We were able to abandon the hotel in favor of a better place.

The hotel is located near the metro station. You can walk to many attractions.

The hotel is located in a crowded noisy area. Room is too small.

Great location 15 mins walk to Gare d'Est and local metro. Local area was vibrant and noisy though double glazing was effective.

The proximity of the hotel to the Metro was good and the food outlets around the area.Very easy to move around and if needed, touristic venues are about 20 minutes walk. It is easy to walk to the main tourist areas in the city. Nice litte dining area for breakfast.

Small lifts and low lighting.in the hallway. Thin walls.

очень близко с метро - около 50 метров. когда возвращаешься с прогулок по городу, очень приятно сразу оказаться в номере. оплата номера и завтраков по факту. если вы не использовали все завтраки, то вам пересчитают сумму брони.

очень маленькие номера. буквально по очереди проходили из одного угла в другой. завтрак однообразный, на 3-й день надоело, перестали ходить - покупали йогурты, колбасу и сыр с соками в магазинчике рядом с отелем. горячая вода идет с перебоями. напор слабый. отель сугубо для целей переночевать и с утра опять уйти в город.

Pésima no volvería, durante nuestra estadía hicieron sonar la alarma y tuvimos que salir disparados, el personal del hotel no dio ninguna explicación ni menos disculpas. Pésimo sector.

Manque de discrétion femmes de ménage Le prix annoncé pour le parking - facteur influent dans mon choix-était de 21 euros par jour alors qu'en fait il est de 30 euros par jour, et à condition de ne pas utiliser sa voiture pendant 24 heures sinon le tarif peut doubler

L'emplacement! Le reste ne vaut ni le prix ni les trois étoiles. Odeur de moisi, tapisserie decolee, personnel incompétent !

Posizionato vicino alla metrò e al centro città. Stanza ben riscaldata

Qualità prezzo elevata, poco pulito, sia il bagno che la stanza (polvere su tutte le superfici e moquette sporca). L'acqua quando fai la doccia passa da calda a gelata più volte. Insonorizzazione pessima.

éConomies sur chauffage, propreté relative, éclairage insuffisant, petit déjeuner pas varié, cartier peu recommandable, pas de hall de rection, hôtel ne correspondant pas à un trois étoiles.

Le personnel d'arrivée agréable. En revanche, les trois étoiles ne sont pas justifiées.

Chambre en mauvais état, salle de bain en mauvais état, télé qui ne fonctionne pas, bruyant etc.... Hôtel à éviter

Sa situation proche de la gare et dans un quartier animé

le bruit à l'intérieur de l'hotel: climatisation à l'arrêt qui fait du bruit, réfrigérateur bruyant. l'insonorisation est limite entre les chambres; le manque de respect des uns et des autres (portes qui claque le matin à 6 heures). Chambre surchauffée. Rideaux non occultants. chambre côté rue bruyante.
