This hotel is in a doggy area, where the street is really noisy in the night. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny and stink of smoke. Sticky floor.....

Due to unforseen circumstances, got stuck in Paris without a hotel. Hotel Garden Opera was one of the few available for under 200 Euros. I liked the hotel's proximity to the Metro. Wildly overpriced hotel - more like a hostel. To say the room was basic would be an understatement.. Paper-thin walls - I could hear the person next room everytime they turned over in their bed. Scary shower and overall feeling that the room was not too clean. Internet barely functioned. Area was miserable. The only reason you should stay at this hotel is if you are on a budget or desperate like I was.

The proximity of the hotel to the Metro was good and the food outlets around the area.Very easy to move around and if needed, touristic venues are about 20 minutes walk. It is easy to walk to the main tourist areas in the city. Nice litte dining area for breakfast. Small lifts and low lighting.in the hallway. Thin walls.

je trouve très sincèrement que cet hotel est loin d'un niveau 3 étoiles, accès et circulation difficile avec les bagages, accueil, couloirs, ascenseur, chambre, salle de bain, tout est très étroit ! il faut presque être équilibriste pour passer entre le pied du lit et le mur! sincèrement très déçu.

Réservation à la dernière minute: sa disponibilité si proche de la gare de l 'est a été un autout déterminant ! Le gardien de l'hôtel sympa. Par contre, impossibilité de faire fonctionner le wifi. Etat général de l'hotel trop léger par rapport au prix

Fin stor fladskærm i det ellers ret lille rum. Belligenheden er praktisk nær ved metro og Gare du Nord. Der er ingen nødudgang. Kun en trappe og vores værelse på 4. sal havde kun vindue til en skakt bag huset. Så der var ingen flugtmuligheder ved brand. Mange vil nok finde kvarteret en smule skummelt, men vi havde nu ingen problemer og der var fredeligt nok. Men mine teenagepiger gik ikke på gaden alene om aftenen.

Frühstückraum: der Raum war zu eng und die Damen haben überhaupt kein Wort englisch oder andere Sprachen gesprochen, man konnte sich nur mit Ihnen mit Händen und Füssen unterhalten. Desweiteren war das Frühstücksangebot miserabel, es gab nur Bröchten/Croissants mit Marmelade, O-saft und Müsli.

Posizionato vicino alla metrò e al centro città. Stanza ben riscaldata Qualità prezzo elevata, poco pulito, sia il bagno che la stanza (polvere su tutte le superfici e moquette sporca). L'acqua quando fai la doccia passa da calda a gelata più volte. Insonorizzazione pessima.

L'amabilité du personnel, également serviable. Le petit déjeuner correct, même si un effort sur la qualité de la baguette serait possible à peu de frais. L'ambiance relativement décontractée, mais sérieuse. Le quartier bigarré. Etre dans une chambre avec 3 lits (4 personnes) et peu de place, alors que j'avais réservé une chambre double dans un 3*, avec la volonté de disposer d'un peu d'espace. Le matériel de la salle de bains commence à donner des signes de fatigue. Le cliquetis du système de climatisation, obsolète.

Proche de Gare du Nord C'est incroyable qu'on accord un 3 étoiles à un hotel qui ne remplie aucune condition. - Lit cassé (toit mansardé au niveau du lit, je ne peux pas me mettre debout) -TV en panne posée sur chaise cassée -Placard cassé sous forme de planche pas de ceintre -Chambre de mois de 9 m2 -Dans planches dans le couloir, on dirait un chantier J'aimerai bien que l'office de tourisme face un contrôle de cet hotel.

Nous avons été trés bien accueilli, personnel souriant, accomodant. Chambre trés correcte pour ce qu'on y faisait et propre. Ascenseur un peu étroit, quartier pas trés engageant. Chambre mal insonorisé.

Excellent rapport qualité prix le jour de la réservation, bonne localisation. Hôtel vieillissant, et sdb méritant quelques sérieux travaux (suspension douche cassé, robinet proche de l'explosion)

“We used this hotel for our honeymoon. Location is perfect and people were so friendly. There are supermarkets around there so that we can easily buy local foods and enjoy in the room. On Sunday, there is local market around nearby subway station. There also we can enjoy local foods. This hotel is well equipped and you don't have to bring anything. We went out everyday and we felt as if we were going "home" at the end of the day. We definitely use this hotel again if we have opportunity to come to Paris.
