Worth of money Good location Friendly staff
With given value of money, everything is ok.
Nice location Bed comfortable
Optional breakfast was awful (for 8 Euro) - do not buy it! WiFi was pretty bad
Smelly small room. Tiny old dirty bathroom with broken tiles and shower; towels with holes.
Holes in ceiling, hair in shower and sewage leaking from the toilet. Receptionist rude and you can't book the airport shuttle unless if you are there 2 days in advance and even then they charge 18euros (compared to 9euros by train). Avoid at all costs
The proximity to the metro
The street which had a lot of shouting during the day and the bathroom which had a lot of mold inside the shower door and was so small you had go into the bedroom to dry off.
Location was good, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a bit too small, but good enough, at least quite reasonable for the price we paid.
Very clean hotel. Excellent location for the Metro. Some really good food shops locally...turn left out of the hotel then first left...enjoy!
Nothing to dislike about this hotel.
shower didn't work. moved rooms and big crack in ceiling that dripped. not a great area. lots of graffiti and felt dodgy when returning on Metro in evenings. was no 5th bed either which we had booked, we had 3 children which had to share a queen bed.
metro is very near, central location easy access to all means of transport
very very tiny space, but goog for multi purpose travel
most disgusting shower ever seen, not clean and full of mold. Smell of mold everywhere. receptionist didn't reduce the price of 120 EUR after showing her pictures. Internet pictures a fake.
Great hotel, great location. My family and I throughly enjoyed our time spent here. Walking distance from the Eurostar station and 1 min from the Metro and bus. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were fantastic.
Only 1 little problem, our shower were broken so we had to hold the shower head when using it.
One of the worst hotels in Paris, doesn't worth the money requested at all. Not clean bathroom, paper-like walls, breakfast is as basic as possible.
I would like to reduce the price of the hotel because the price is not fare with hotel condition
I did not like the furniture of the hotel and Wi Fi internet connective
good value for money.
though close to gare du nord the locality where the hotel is situated is not great.
staff were helpful location
it felt dirty we had to ask for toilet roll room was very cramped with an extra single bed which we did not need and obstructed the mirror
good stuff and service. they were very helpful.
Front office staff are corteous
Tired furnitures, dirty carpets. Mouldy toilets. Not worthy of the 3Star rating posted at entrance.
Polite staff, Nice shower
Quite uncomfortable area, Not very clean, Outdated, Broken ceiling
I didn't like anything
Breakfast was awful. (They were not bothered to have fresh crossiants. Could have had better breakfast somewherelse The hotel stinks. Very ditrty carpets. Bath was not clean enough. There was no place to sit in the rooms Parking was not available. Paid more money for the parking nearby than originally told. There was no shampoo in the bathrooms
Location in proximity to central Paris was excellent. Beds were really comfortable. The staff spoke excellent English and listened to our concerns. The front desk is manned 24/7.
In desperate need of updating- mildew everywhere in bathroom, decor was very untidy and carpet was in pieces. We booked a room for 2 adults and 3 children but we only got a double and 2 singles which meant it was tight. The air conditioning didn't work.
Location, size of the room, Bathroom hot-water supply...
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and their English was amazing. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Fridge was great.
No hot water - managed to run a 120mm bath before water was cold both morning and evening - and we all had to share that bath. Would have been good to have a kettle.
The staff were lovely & helpful. I felt sorry for them. They must get some stick over the dirt and awful condition of the hotel and bedrooms.
This has to be the filthiest hotel we've ever stayed in! The shower was just vile, broken tiles, mould, hair. It was shockingly bad. Never, never again! It needs to be gutted and completely renovated.
Rooms are not clean, small in size. Surrounding area is noisy, crowded and generally dodgy, safety might be an issue. The hotel is certainly over-rated in terms of staring and it is not value for money at all.
