The staff was really very attentive and welcoming especially in the restaurant. This hotel is very quiet and I recommend this hotel for people who wish to visit the Eiffel Tour and Champs Elysees by walk

- There is no water in WC as it was not in the bathroom. - The restaurant is open only for the breakfast

Perfect location and close to Metro. Supermarket close by. Very helpful friendly staff, especially Alexis. Quiet location, no street noise. Kettle provided on request. Clean elegant room and spacious bathroom.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Very clean, comfy beds, warm atmosphere! Perfect location between Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. This hotel is now one of my favorites in Paris!

The staff were helpful, friendly and obliging. Nothing was a problem for them. The location was excellent, walking distance to fabulous cafes and landmarks. The room was impecably clean, modern and roomy. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in.

The breakfast was lovely but a little overpriced.

location is great (i.e. central paris), close to metro station, close to Trocadero. hotel is cute and clean. staff is pleasant.

rooms are quite small, especially if you are travelling with a friend (i.e. twin bedroom). also, price paid is on the high side, eventhough hotel is a boutique 4 stars hotel.

I like the close proximity to the metro and also there loads of coffee shops and restuarants around the area, and I also liked the quiet. Its a change from staying in busier areas. Also the rooms are very comfortable and nicely appointed. The staff were also extremely helpful and pleasant.. It also must be lovely in Summer to have the garden in front.

My only problem was the shower head in the bath. It was very weak and in need of of decent modern shower head.

The location was excellent. The hotel has an excellent barman/barchef (Pascal)

The location was excellent, room and facilities were of a high quality. Staff were professional and the ability to have car parking was also beneficial.

The room temperature via the air conditioning was difficult. It helped that we had a large window to access.

it was at trocadero the room was new this is the only 2 good things plus it has planet shushi next door

the junior suite for 4 nights was 1550 + the parking spot 27 euro the junior suite is 20 m2 max and it was like a regular room plus an extra table and 2 chairs.... !!!!! its better to go at asccot for this price which is 2 blocks from garden elysee!

A very quiet and accessible location. This was our second visit and was good as the previous visit. We also had our room upgraded.

Lobby of the hotel was quite nice, there were plenty of wooden chairs on the backyard which has beautiful tropical landscape J. The location of the hotel is quite good, 10 min walk to Eiffel tower and chans elysee. Carrefour express was located close to the hotel opening form 9 till 11 pm. The quality of the rooms were fair although it designed in a luxuries manner but it is not that much comfortable especially bathroom.

Beautiful weather when we were in Paris, the air conditioning was spot on and the most effective we've had in a hotel. Manager and desk team very helpful. The beds and cleanliness excellent.

Only minor; two days no tea bags or milk replaced in room. The shower head would not stay at an angle allowing a relaxed shower (room 118) time to replace it. Breakfast a bit same every day.
