Great location close to the trocadero area. price is good for a 4 star hotel. rooms are new and clean.
some of the staff are not professional. i would expect better service from a 4 star hotel in Paris.
Wifi is week, the water will wet the floor when taking shower
Very friendly staff, helpful. Good value for money
The hotel was lovely, the staff were efficient and friendly. We had a suite - which was beautiful and a good size for Paris. Breakfast was excellent with good quality choices of food. Location wise there are plenty of decent restaurants near by and it is a short walk to both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. All in all a great stay.
Small points here - the air conditioning in the room worked a little too well for me so it was quite cold at times, the maid did not replenish the milk & coffee supplies twice but Reception were happy to sort this out quickly for us on both occasions.
How to communicate to the Wi Fi
easy access to metro z boissier station. near it u have also carrefour city which is very convenient. moreover there is a very good pizza place just next door. in general it is a convenient hotel.
Location, comfortable room - spacious enough for family of three.
Location and a big room for a family or three
We stayed in Garden élysées for 9 days. The location was excellent, metro station was only 3mins walk, the supermarket store was right next door. The room was clean and comfortable .We enjoyed staying in Paris very much!!
The only bad thing was the drain in the shower room was stucked.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We struggled with our French, but they graciously helped us and gave us wonderful advice for how best to interact with merchants as we traveled through Paris. So many people who have traveled to Paris complain about room size, the beds, and lack of air conditioning. Our room at the Garden-Elysee was very comfortable, we had a full-size bed (not two twins pushed together), and the luxury of air conditioning--which was nice because there were some pretty warm days while we were in Paris. Great location! We have NO complaints!
The room size was large for Paris
The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The gentleman (and I use the term loosely) at the front desk treated myself and my traveling companions as second class citizens, giving the impression that he was doing us a favor by letting us staying there rather than that we were paying guest. This man was rude and belligerent. He truly made our stay here miserable by his actions in more than one instance. The hotel is sub-par in its facilities and decor and simply not worth staying here if you have to deal with his attitude in addition to this. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Location and staff
very expensive breakfast
Available umbrellas for rainy days and well positioned between Eifel tower and Arc De Triomphe
Too dangerous stepping out of the bath tub when wet.
Location and ambience
Front desk staff were not helpful and their service were unfriendly.
Location just wonderful, between Trocadero and the Triumph Arc. Close to many restaurants and very central as a all. Staff was very warm and welcome.
The Hotel, is ok, not so fancy as it seems on the pictures. the relation cost-benefit is not so balanced, but in Paris I don't know if you can expect something different. Street is a bit too noisy but you are on the center of Paris....
You get a garden hotel. Beautiful scenery an added advantage to being in metropolitan Paris. Front desk was helpful and witty, certainly a pleasant surprise. We love the hotel stay, even just for one night.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and close to many things like tour bus pickups, metro station, Eiffel Tower.
Our air conditioning made a little noise. That's not really the hotels fault though.
Situation of the hotel as well as the parking in front of the hotel. Large choice of food at the buffet for breakfast.
some of the furnitures are old and could be renewed. air conditioning could not be modified directly from the room, we had to ask the reception to do it. It was either too warm or too cold in the room. we could hear people in the room next to ours and in the hall.
Nearby main attractions such as Torpedore and Champ Elisee yet quite hotel.
Room, breakfast everything overpriced.
location comfortable rooms secure courtyard
A lovely quiet hotel, with all that we needed to help make our stay, for the marathon, comfortable and truly memorable. The location was perfect, a quiet courtyard close to the arc de triomphe. the room was of a good size with a great bed and good shower / bath. Clean throughout. The staff were great, recommending and booking a restuarant for us, ordering a taxi and even ensuring there were plenty of banana's for breakfast for us runners. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and hope to visit again.
Location, car parking, tea/coffee facilities in room
Location is excellent - midway between Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good.
TV channels not all working and when we asked about it we were told all the ones on the list were working - about 1/4 of them worked. Had to chase for things forgotten by the made on consecutive days.
The bed was big and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I had a nice bathroom and TV. The door into the bathroom is the only thing that let's the room down, as it didn't close properly. You are minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and the staff are really friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
