Location, staff, bath room, sofa in room.

I would rate it as a 2 star hotel in my country. Beware - the room photos do not correspond to reality. In reality the room looks terrible. I exptected a lot more for the money. Moreover, there was no fridge, kettle and even a wardrobe! in the room. The windows are not sound proof; the street tends to be noisy during night. Furthermore, there are green neon lights at the windows inside the room that glow at night - I did not know how to turn them off. We stayed in a Junior Suite. All in all, I will surely choose another hotel next time I am in Paris...

It's clean and modern, the room is perfect for a city trip

The wifi is not too stable, we stayed 5 days 4 nights and there were 2.5 days without connection. And my husband was watching the soccer game and 10 minutes later, it told us it's a paid channel... better warn us in the beginning, my husband has to rush down to look for a bar to continue watching. If we knew in the beginning, we would pay and could watch peacefully in our room

They were a lot of cafes and restaurants around.

Some of the stuffs were not so friendly. After the long flight to Paris, we really expected someone was nice and with a smiling face when we checked in. We booked a superior double room, and they didn't even provide any water or kettle in the room! Everything self service!

As a wheelchair user the hotel took my needs fully into account

Perfectly localised, very close to metro station, 2 stops from Opera and Lafayette Shops. Very clean and modern hotel with futuristic design. Perfect for short trip to Paris. Neighbourhood is very quiet, however there are some amazing streets neerby with street food and small shops. Just around the corner there is delicious Patiserie with croissants and very good coffee.

Rooms could be bigger.

Very-very clean room and hotell in general! Room has a nice design. Room was spacious. Hotel is on a quiet street. Good location, for example we walked to Lafayette 15-20 minutes, metro station 2 minutes, Champs Elysees 40 minutes. Small supermarkets are near.

Too few hangers for clothes (we went to Paris for clothes shopping). Hard bed.

Really nice room with a quality bed and shower! We've had breakfast every morning which was very good and well organized.

The wifi is great, talked on skype video with no delays , the rooms are clean and organized every morning with clean towels .

The rooms are small but for a short visit with no need for unpacking its what you need.

Location easy for Gare du Nord in one directiion (far enough away) and the rest of Paris (in the other direction)

Being woken up at 6.30am by the bin men!

Staff are friendly and helpful and provide useful information for tourist. Hotel is neat and tidy and breakfast is okay

Room is comparatively small and without air condition during Summer period. Luckily, they can provide electric fan for better ventilation.

The stay was a present for my parents - they loved the location and said the breakfast was excellent. We stayed at the hotel a year ago and fell exactly the same, except that our room was rather small, looking onto a light-well. However, we really enjoyed the hotel and my parents said that their suite was superb! Thank you!

Design and full utilization of space.

Due to our luggages of two 29" suitcases, 20" suitcase makes the room too damn small to move. If you are a light traveller, this place is really ideal because of the convenience around such as food, self service laundry and theaters around the corner (Folies Bergere)

Room is clean, good location, close to metro station.

Room does not have kettle, we have to go to reception every time when we need hot water for baby's milk. The room is small and really warm, have to open window all the time. We had to take a cold water shower one night, when we made a complain, the reception staff said we would be offered only 10% discount, but when we checked out early in the morning, we didn't get that because we didn't complain this or ask for discount to the person in charged, which we never been informed when we made our complain. We had no choice but to paid full price and after that, the staff asked we to call back for 10%discount when we are back to UK, which is ridiculous.

Very good breakfast. Good location near to subway. Generally we have been safisfied with hotel Gat Folies.

Hotel room was quite small, but that is common fact for Paris hotels.
