Bedroom bigger than the standard Parisian broom cupboard.
The bathroom was functional and clean, but the size of the proverbial broom cupboard...
Location, comfortable bed, wi-fi in the room
Small bathroom, door between two rooms so you can hear every little noise from your neighbour(s)
It's not often you find a lovely and reasonably priced hotel that's eco-friendly with helpful staff in Paris
Location was great staff were very friendly
The shower flooded when used
The location is really good , it's few minutes walk to metro station, Trocadero and 10 minutes to Eiffel Tower. The good thing is that there is a small elevator in the hotel and the WIFI service was good. It is located in a very decent area with good shops and restaurants around. The staff are quite helpful and polite. The breakfast could be better to provide more options specially for vegans.
I really liked every thing over there :)
My room was very cosy and comfortable, the en-suite was small but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful - irreproachable, in fact. I did not use any of the amenities (breakfast or bar).
The Wifi was fiddly to get into (login and password to be entered every day).
Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. Visited during Sept. Toilet and room a bit small but we had a bathtub.
Air conditioning was central. Floors could only be set to heat or cold. If certain rooms asked for heat, the rest couldn't get cold air. Can ask for a portable air condition unit. Hot air can be directed into toilet
My room was small but immaculately clean. It had a nice fireplace (not in use, but pretty) and was decorated in traditional French decor with a desk & chair. It was very cozy and the bed was small but very comfortable and the lighting was well thought out: bright for reading or dimmed for relaxing. The hotel was in a very safe and well-to-do area which was not far from the Eiffel Tower. Lots of cafes nearby. The staff was very nice - especially, Blaise who had great tips regarding sites and restaurants in Paris.
Nothing negative regarding this stay except that the closest Metro was about three blocks away (which didn't seem far except when it rained).
The staff were awesome, room was beautiful, adjoining rooms for our teenage girls
no parking at hotel and had to pay $50EUR per day at car park
Bed comfortable Hot Tub
NO view in junior suite Very small lift and smelled Expensive breakfast Toilet and sink in different room
breakfast not included
clean room, eco hotel
clean and quite
no wifi in room
Comfy bed, beautiful decor, spacious, very reasonably priced, beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from my window (Junior Suite), friendly English speaking staff, very safe and upscale non-touristy neighborhood, good water pressure/shower, close to a subway, air conditioning, elevator, very fast and reliable wifi (could make Skype video calls to family), cannot sing their praises enough!! This was one of the only hotels in which I wish I could have spent MORE time in my room during vacation!
Mild chipping paint by the door, mild chipping molding in the shower, hallways completely dark at night time, elevator stops every 1/2 floor so have to take SOME stairs - These were all EXTREMELY minor things that in no way affected my stay. The place was incredible and I can't wait to go back!!! I have high standards for hotels and this hotel far surpassed them.
The location and staff were so nice and tried really hard to accommodate us. Wish they were able to be more hands on like the concierges on the US but never the less they tried and were very helpful and pleasant. Location was perfect. Very close to Eiffel and metro nearby. Felt very safe at night. The only small issue was the size of the room but that's expected in Paris. Overall loved it and would stay here again and recommend to friends.
There were not enough outlets plugs, the lighting was too dim in the rooms,
The hotel is only a few minutes walk to Passy metro station (Line6) and Trocadero metro station (line 9). You can travel into the heart of the city within 20 mins by the metro. And it's just a little walk to get to the Eiffel. Around the area is quite safe. You can walk around by night. It has 24hr McDonald. Good bars, okay Chinese takeaway, convenient stores, shopping streets and taxi stand. I got a double room. So the space was okay. The bed is comfy. They change the bed sheets every 3 days unless it's dirty. Hotel's breakfast costs you 15 Euro. If you need a quick bite with croissant and a hot chocolate. Go to Le Passy the bar at the corner of the street. You'll pay just 3.90 Euro for that. (free tap water of course.)
The room was not really soundproof. You can hear next door talking almost clearly. So it's vice versa. A bit poor on wifi connection if you use it with your mobile phone. (sometimes with the laptop has the same problem, too)
Absolutely fabulous bed - so comfortable Very cute old boutique hotel
water pressure poor on the top floor but who needs a shower when the bath is a spa
It was an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and to either the metro or RER station. Having both metro and RER close was nice because they are different lines, so we were able to travel more places without having to change lines. We had a regular room and a suite, the regular room did not have much room to move around, but the suite was very spacious. We were able to leave our baby stroller at the reception desk which was nice since it barely fit in the elevator and would have taken up space in the room. The parking is just one small block from the hotel and our minivan fit up the ramp, but just barely. There are a couple of nice restaurants on the block.
The bathroom in the regular room was very small. It was not too bad for me, but my son who is just over 6' was pretty cramped.
Decor was sweet an best comfy bed I have had in 2 months of travelling. Nice an close to metro, bus an Eiffel tower. Handy to local shops an food.
Walls little bit thin.
Really close to Eiffel Tower
Room is a little bit small but ok for single tourist
Location is good. Also there was a Tunisian man at the reception who was very helpful and nice.
The rooms are small, also the elevator.
Centrally located, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, could see the Eiffel tower from room. Furnishings were a little tired, some of the paint was coming off the wall, would have liked a kettle. Bed was very comfy, room was clean. Staff were always helpful with a smile, whatever time of day.
Paint coming off the wall in places. No kettle in room.
Hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help Location was pretty good
The hotel was dilapidated, we had lights hanging from the ceiling and dents in the walls. On two occasions maintenance people came in our room unannounced. When I walked out of the room the ceiling had been completely removed while we slept.
May be a tea n coffee facility in the room.
Location was excellent, only 15 minutes slow walk with children to Eiffel Tower! nice view through the window in our room(Eiffel Suite), very helpful and friendly staff...
Breakfast:-( for the money we have paid for it, we did expect more choice... Tea and coffee very good:-) wi-fi not available in our room:-( it did work up to 4th floor, we were at 5th:-(((
