location Room 217 has low beams which I feel are a Health and safety risk and should have a warning sign on them !!! my husband banged his head quite badly . I am afraid it is a room for short people. Not enough staff one girl doing every thing even making scrambled eggs and trying to see guests in and out and answer equires at the reception, not impressive for the price you pay. |

The hotel is in a fantastic location in Biarritz, staff were good and rooms were clean. We felt our room was too small having an infants cot set up. |

Great location The rooms are too small! We payed extra for balcony and ocean view,but this was simply rip off since the FRENCH balcony looks directly into another building. The balcony is just big enough for one person to stand on, and if you turn your head 90deg, you see a glimt of the ocean behind a parking lot. The room is so small that you have to put you luggage under the sink in the bathroom. |

Nice hotel, very friendly staff and the garden/terras on the 1st floor is great. the rooms are new or renovated but the cupboard was quite small |

The hotel was clean, the bedrooms were small but with a good size bathroom. The location of the hotel was good. The receptionist / manager that was on almost on a fulltime basis was very rude and unwelcoming. |

Nice and friendly staff, nice hotel, perfect location to the beach and the city center. Clean rooms. Car park in nearby parking facility. Don't think breakfast is value for money, but as norwegians we are used to a different breakfast. Had breakfast one of 7 days. |

The gentleman at the front desk was great..took the time to help us find a restaurant. Hotel is close to the beach and other sites. The room was small, but lovely and VERY CLEAN! You do have to turn to your right to see the ocean from the ocean view room but it was a beautiful sight. We would definitly stay again. |

The service from the staff was excellent and they couldn't do enough for you. We will definately recommend this hotel to friends and family. Great place for a ciy break. The only slight fault was that the t.v. didn't work, but who goes away to watch t.v.!! |

Easy check in and out; smallish, but nice room, well furnished and laid out; quiet (apart from storm / wind noise!); convenient location.Very friendly and helpful staff. Only missing thing: I'd like to have been warned by the staff, before leaving so optimistically "to catch my plane", that the whole area wasn't working because of storm damage - I could easily have found myself marooned with nowhere to go and nowhere to stay! However, that wasn't really their fault, the whole of the South of France was in shock at the time. |

not a lot one male receptionist was very helpful the room was tiny 5 nights was too long room tooooo small i am not fussy but that was ridiculous for 11 euros the breakfast was not good we were not offered a drink on 2 days |
