The staff is very friendly and efficient. I wasn't able when booking to reserve for a child as the third occupant (I believe because of booking.com's poorly designed website that doesn't allow to do so, unlike its competitors), and the staff helped out by upgrading me to a room with two beds without charge. Nicely furbished room. I confirm highway noise is not a problem. |

Quiet room (is was to the back), very easy ac cess from the A75 miotorway (only 500 meters!). Only 5 minutes drive to Clermont Ferrand and 10 minute drive to the airport. Only 3 min drive to a recreation area with losts of restaurants (junction 1 of the A75) limited food choice for dinner (so we ate out all nights). A farmer burnt thinjks in his backyard (next to the hotel) for half of the nights. if the wind is north-East it blows the fmes into the rooms. |

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel, good restaurant and friendly staff. Near a motorway but roooms are very quiet with windows closed. Lovely views at the back of the hotel over the countryside. We only used it as a 1 night stop over so location near motorway suited us. |

A nice clean and modern hotel. Close enough to autoroute to be very convenient but not too close. All rooms have balconies , our room had excellent facilities and a pleasant view over the countryside. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We used the hotel as a one night stopover and would certainly go there again. The restaurant was good, but for some reason it is closed over the weekend. I've no idea why, but this would be a put-off if I needed a weekend stop. |

Es un hotel nuevo, las habitaciones son amplias y comodas La ubicacion del hotel. Es imposible encontrarlo, la direccion no existe ni en los mapas, ni en el tomtom. Nos tiramos una hora para encontrarlo, cuando lo dijimos en recepcion, nos contestaron que ya lo sabian, y que todo el mundo se quejaba de lo mismo. |

La prise en compte de ma demande pour le choix de la chambre. La propreté du lieu et le calme. Rapport quelité prix excelent. Il vaut même un 4 étoiles par rapport à d'autres 3 étoiles. L'information mal diffusée sur le fait que le retaurant n'est pas ouvert le week-end. |

Nous avons apprècié le confort et les équipements de cet hotel. Ceci en raison dune construction récente. La terrasse et l'environnement campagnard sont top tout comme le vaste parking sécurisé. Le nettoyage reste superficiel, néanmoins tout va bien car l'hotel est très récent mais qu'adviendra t'il plus tard? Les portes des penderies ne sont pas équipées de tampons amortisseurs ce qui fait que l'on entend les voisins fermer les portes de leur penderie et c'est désagréable surtout à 2h du matin. Les robinets séparés du lavabo ce n'est pas génial! Pourquoi n'avoir pas installé des mitigeurs? Résultat: c'est tellement pénible à régler que nous laissons l'eau couler pendant le brossage des dents! Pas top pour la planète! Robinets inadaptés et ergonomie zéro! Nous étions en chambre 101 et le bruit de l'ascenceur à 5h du matin nous a vraiment dérangé. La prochaine fois nous demanderons une chambre éloignée de la cage |

Hotel moderne, tres propre, à la fois près de la ville et de la chaine des puys. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner très correct.Parking gratuit et fermé. manque peut être un peu de choix dans la carte du restaurant, mais cuisine satisfaisante. |
