Very clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, excellent location (and very near beautiful canal, as advertised), and comfortable beds. Perfect for what it's described as being, a good value hotel in a good section of Paris. Nothing. Showers were small, but what do you expect from a 2-star hotel? I was nearly put off by some negative reviews of poor beds or small spaces, but my experience was fine and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the size of my room and felt the firmness of the mattress. |

It was in a fantastic location, right near two metros and the canal was just a few hundred metres away. There were also plenty of useful shops and nice restaurents in the area. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. |

The location is great - it's in the middle of "real" Paris, not a tourist area, and very easily accessible by the metro. Rooms are really small - in Paris they always are, but in this one maybe even a bit more than usually - and in urgent need of repairwork... |

This small and nice hotel in the center of the Paris is situated in 10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and Gare du Est. Very close to a Metro station. I think this is a perfect choice for travellers. |

very good: Check-in from 13:00 to 24:00, Check-out up to 12; for Paris a calm and central location only some minutes from next metro station (Place de la République); room was for Paris and my needs ok. very small douch cabines: browsing the whole body needs - especially for bigger people - acrobatic skills; |

I simply used the hotel as somewhere to sleep. it was convenient for Gare de Nord and Stade de France Iwas on my own .The bedroom would have been very small for 2 people. |

Reception was open 24/7 which was excellent and the rooms were clean. Showers very good. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Poor choice for breakfast given the price of 8 Euros extra |

Location. Also, reception staff person when first arrived 24th Jan 09 at 9.30am. Very professional and welcoming. Reception person during checkout on 26th Jan 09 at 10am. Unprofessional, rude and defensive. The wood in bed head -not attached to bed- was making funny crack noises during the night, made falling asleep a hard task. Late checkout is chargable at 35 euros. Breakfast is poor for 8 euros and I found a place down the road that serves a similar -formule- for 3.60 euros. |

I 've booked a single room and got a double room with Balcony on the top floor. Like this the value for money (50 Euros) was very good. Also the Location is excellent. |

Location was good - just around the corner from two metro stations, the other one being Republique which has several lines going through it. Also nice small restaurants nearby, so nice area in general. Room was small (difficult to walk around the bed),wallpapers peeling off, bathroom tiny (toilet seat squashed in a corner between shower & sink, so you have to reverse sideways to be able to use it).Hotel quite run-down in general, compared to the price - definitely not good value at 85e!Bed was also uncomfortable. |

Very nice staff, I felt very much welcomed. Very very small rooms but I did not expect anything more considering the very affordable price. Need a confortable bad, a hot shower and nothing more.. this is the solution for you. |

I stayed in a double room on the 5-th floor with my wife. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good and enough for us, Japanese. Convenient for eating out, about 5 minutes walk to the Place de la Republique. No electric outlets were found in the rooms except for one in the bathroom. I used my laptop pc on the tv outlet. |

Located halfway between Jardin du Luxembourg and Le Panthéon, the hotel was renovated in 2008, and offers a quiet and cosy atmosphere in the heart of Paris. |
The hotel is located on the edge of the attractive village Roissy en France. Set in a peaceful setting surrounded by gardens, it provides additional comfort and quietness during your stay. |
Opposite the Jardin des Plantes (botanical garden) and Natural History Museum, the Timhotel Quartier Latin Jardin des Plantes benefits from a central location in the lively 5th Arrondissement. |
