Jättefina och rejäla rum och fint stort badrum med badkar! Saknade balkong. Mycket trevlig personal och de var mycket hjälpsamma med allt. Läget var perfekt med närhet både till strand och shopping.

Gossarna är grymt långsamma

Bra läge och trevliga rum. Solterrassen och poolen ett stort plus trots att den var mycket mindre än vad vi trodde.

Vi bodde fyra personer i en svit men den var inte riktigt utrustad för det. Vi fick bara en nyckel till rummet (fanns inga flera påstod de i receptionen) och wi-fi fungerade inte på rummet så jag fick låna en kabel. Städningen slarvades lite med (uteblev en dag tills vi ringde och klagade). Hotellet kändes aningen slitet (luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte i rummet - gick inte att få på kalluft) och hotellet kändes även mindre än bilderna lovade. Men det var kanske småsaker som man får räkna med - i stort var det ett trevligt hotell med trevlig personal.

Hela servicekedjan förtjänat toppbetyg, allt var verkligen högklassigt. Sviten var bekväm, rymlig och - rätt ovanligt - väl genomtänkt.

Det trådlösa bredbandet orkade inte riktigt fram, men det finns ju trådar ...

Upgraded to ambassador suite . It was very spacious . Ideal base for our trip to Monaco grand prix close to train station beach and plenty of bars etc.

We paid top price because it was grand prix would not have normally paid this amount for these rooms ! Didn't eat here because it was too expensive . Nice was expensive all round compared to other resorts around for food and drink . Read the info book and make sure you clean the kitchen or you will be charged 30 euros!

The design of the suite was good and the kitchen facilities were very useful. Location was good. Central and on the corner of R.Meyerbere which offers a number of restaurants and food shops. The roof top swimming pool (one pool with sliding roof and not indoor and outdoor pools as advertised) was nice, but completly inaccesible to my elderly wife because the top rung on the only access ladder was so far down that one had to be an athlete to use it.

Reception staff, though helpfully inclined, were generally not up to the job. Examples were 1) when asked to find train times from Nice to Grasse, told me firmly that there were no trains to Grasse, and when I persisted and suggested they telephone the local sncf, they said they did not have the number! 2) On paying my bill (in cash), they did not offer me any form of receipt until I asked for one. 3) The safe in my room failed to open on one occasion, and when I called for assistance, they sent a young girl up. She solved the problem quickly - by tapping in, in front of me, a master code which I could have used if I had been dishonest.

First of all, the hotel concierge(can't remember her name :s) was amazing! Location is good if your not looking to be on the seafront. Close walk to all the cafes and shopping areas as well as the sea front. Hotel has good facilities.

Bed sheets and towels always smelled bad. Was unexpected since the hotel is very clean and modern.

Comfortable and well designed (however not modern) hotel quite close to the waterfront. I really liked English-speaking stuff that in France is not so common. Even ladies serving breakfast were well prepared for English- speaking guests. In terms of accommodation we received room that was 2 classes higher than one we booked and it was a nice surprise. Room was close to the street but it was not noisy. Breakfasts were tasteful and diverse and served in a sunny restaurant with beautiful view to the city. I loved the idea of swimming poll located at the highest floor of the building with the temperature of 30 Celsius degrees.

Fitness corner was consisting of only a few elements and part of them was out of order. Roman (steam) sauna was closed during my stay. Room was close to an elevator and its throb was audible especially in the morning.

We liked the service and friendliness of the staff, the comfortable beds, the proximity to the beach and to restaurants, shops and transport.

Excellent accomodation for a family of 4 with also unexpected small kitchenette, very good King size bed in room 506, friendly staff

Garage with difficult access and not cheap, breakfast very expensive

The room was big enough for 4 people if you are family if nor you might be too close to each other. Also found it clean and quiet even though we were close to the restaurant and to the elevator. Appreciated that there was a kitchenette although we did not use it. The pool area was nice. And the location was really nice close to beaches and the shopping area with restaurants and bars etc. but still quiet.

I found the gym not even close to what I would expect from a 4star hotel but who needs it when there is jogging on Prom des Anglais.

The location was great, only a few blocks from the promenade and a short walk to Nice old town, rooftop pool

Buffet breakfast not value for money, the sauna/steam room were both broken and it took two days for someone to find a plug for the bath ! The onsite parking convenient but 25 euro a day was a bit much.
