Three generations (6 persons) chose LAdG as our base for a wine trip in Burgundy. The location is perfect with Baune just 2 km away and right in the centre of Cote d'Or. Very happy that we chose the apartments for this longer trip - so not only a base for our trips in the region but also plenty of space for cosy evenings with a glass of wine and food cooked in the kitchen. The pool was essential for the kids (9 & 11 yo). Can only give best recommendations.

The apartment was nice and quiet. The receptiontist gave us only 1 key to the apartment for 6 people saying that some other guest left with the other key 2 or 3 months ago. The hotel had plenty time to replace it but they didn'T. It was unconfortable to only have 1 key. So they showed us typical French attitude.

We had great stay. The beds are comfortable, but hard. It was clean with lots of room. We stayed with 3 children and 2 dogs and had plenty of room in a 2 bedroom apt. I would stay again. Next time I will bring dish soap to was our dishes.

The appartment's kitchen was a prime motivating factor in booking this hotel and it was well equipped in terms of pans, crockery and cutlery, with a good sized dining table that accomodated our whole party. It was spotlessly clean and well designed (albeit compact) and considerate to diabled guests with grab rails and broad doorways etc. The patio provided a great space for the smokers amongst us, since smoking is not permitted in rooms. As with many appartments with kitchen facilities in France, there is the fair addage of a cleaning fee, should you not do your own dishes and ensure the kitchen area is as clean and tidy as you found it. Whilst I accept it is more than reasonable to clean up after yourself in order to avoid the 50 euro fee, I consistently find it unreasonable that no means of doing this is provided. A dishwasher tablet, disposble cloth and perhaps a drop of washing up liquid would not cost much at all to provide and would have been greatly appreciated.

This served well as a stop over on our way back to the UK. The swimming pool was great for a cool down for the kids. You can find provisions and a good selection of restaurants in the local town of Baume, about 15 mins away. Be aware that the air con was not working in either ours or our friends apartment which meant the night was rather uncomfortable and reception is not manned after 7pm so no-one to request help from. If you are using the kitchen facilities you will need to provide your own washing up liquid, tea towels and sponges.

Good location. Good price. Swimming pool good for grandchildren, although changing area was dirty. Would have liked clearer info about bringing own linen. We stayed 2 nights and thought we had to bring own linen, then found out we need not have brought it. Annoying as it took up space in car. Overall good experience.

Perfect location and accomodation for a relaxing stop over en route to the South of France. Beaune is lovely for late lunch and the village restaurant very peaceful with fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Pool could be warmer!

It was our first time staying at the Les Allees du Green. It was located in a lovely town. A bit far from the center of Beaune which is where we spent most of our time. I would come back and stay again.

staff, convenience for motorway, gardens, price I found the bed in apartment number 1 uncomfortable but my wife slept ok. The hotel does not have a restaurant and all in the village were fully booked when we arrived. It would have been useful to have booked a restaurant before we arrived but we found a good one in the next village.

A peaceful setting, bright spacious rooms and friendly staff. You are expected to leave the kitchen area clean, but there was not even a J cloth or washing up liquid for this purpose.

“Ibis hotels are standarised so one knows what to expect, and they aim to give value for money. This hotel was the same but we felt it gave a little extra, maybe it was the dining room and food. On a sunny evening the dining area had spilled out onto the patio, there was a lively collection of families and generally young couples. Children will love the rotating cool cabinet for desserts. Not luxurious, but comfortable, and we enjoyed our overnight stay. ” Ronald, Gerrards Cross |
