Vi hade en av lägenheterna på bottenvåningen. Det luktade mögel. Rummet med våningssängen saknade fönster.

We've stayed at Les Allees du Green 3x previously and it's always clean, comfortable and well equipped. That it's also in a very pretty setting (good area to stretch your legs after a long drive from Calais!) with a swimming pool keeps us going back en route to the Alps, perhaps one day we'll stay longer than an overnight. Continental breakfast is good, the children love the "all you can eat" buffet style. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Not that we "didn't like" but more a "be aware". A "three roomed apartment" for 6 people is not a three bed roomed apartment- it means a sofa bed in the lounge, very comfortable sofa bed but not what we were expecting. Our apartment this year was on the ground floor and equipped for wheelchair access, which we did not need. Huge shower room (no blinds on windows) with toilet and low level kitchen worktops and cooker seemed to provided good access for wheel chair users but we prefer the larger lounge area and separate toilet facilities on the first floor (especially with 3x males in our group!!)

Location!

Matress made of the worst kind of foam - soft but with a long memory. Electric heating renders the air extremelly dry. The weather was cold during our stay, so we were forced to use the heaters. Consequently, we all suffered from the dry air. Refrigerator and ventilator in the room were very noisy. The hotel staff seems to be completely uninterested in the welfare of the clients. Complete lack of simple hospitality and a total lack of attention to detail. You do not feel like a welcome guest but like a necessary resource in the running of the hotel. We chose these hotel because of the indoor pool. The indoor pool is allright - though small.

Three generations (6 persons) chose LAdG as our base for a wine trip in Burgundy. The location is perfect with Baune just 2 km away and right in the centre of Cote d'Or. Very happy that we chose the apartments for this longer trip - so not only a base for our trips in the region but also plenty of space for cosy evenings with a glass of wine and food cooked in the kitchen. The pool was essential for the kids (9 & 11 yo). Can only give best recommendations.

The appartment's kitchen was a prime motivating factor in booking this hotel and it was well equipped in terms of pans, crockery and cutlery, with a good sized dining table that accomodated our whole party. It was spotlessly clean and well designed (albeit compact) and considerate to diabled guests with grab rails and broad doorways etc. The patio provided a great space for the smokers amongst us, since smoking is not permitted in rooms.

As with many appartments with kitchen facilities in France, there is the fair addage of a cleaning fee, should you not do your own dishes and ensure the kitchen area is as clean and tidy as you found it. Whilst I accept it is more than reasonable to clean up after yourself in order to avoid the 50 euro fee, I consistently find it unreasonable that no means of doing this is provided. A dishwasher tablet, disposble cloth and perhaps a drop of washing up liquid would not cost much at all to provide and would have been greatly appreciated.

For the fist night there were no sheets in all our beds, we call to emergency number, but nothing happened, next morning it took us nearely 2 hours to explain girls at reseption, what we need and we got sheets only in the evening

I found the bed in apartment number 1 uncomfortable but my wife slept ok. The hotel does not have a restaurant and all in the village were fully booked when we arrived. It would have been useful to have booked a restaurant before we arrived but we found a good one in the next village.

La piscine propre et chaude Les photos sur internet représentent réellement la réalité des chambres, pas comme certaines pubs mensongères .

Personnel accueillant. Un apparthotel bien entretenu, propre et bien situé. Une surface d'appartement avec balcon grande et très agréable.Bon ratio qualité/prix.
