Best Western Golf Hotel  

We liked the location and the size of our room.

Hotel was far too warm. room was far too warm.

Nice room, clean. Nice frontdesk staff

Some broken tiles on the bathroom floor. Very loud housekeeping early in the morning.

We had a lovely time at the Best Western Golf Hotel and the staff were very helpful the only thing that let it down was we found fleas in our room.

Helpfulness of the staff.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean. Could be a good base hotel if there were more facilities and breakfast was a more reasonable rate.

More facilities required to entice more families to hotel. Tea & Coffee had to be asked for and not all accompaniments were provided. Very little to do in the evening but it certainly was a good base. Breakfast was very expensive with no discount for children.

Choose the hotel because of the family rooms (there are 4 of us the kids are 6 and 13) and the cost. We have stayed in the Disney Park hotels before and were disappointed at what you got for your money, so this time we thought we would stay not to far away and catch the RER in. Must admit it seemed to work ok the room was clean and big enough and there was a regular shuttle bus too and from the station, it took about 30mins all together to get from the hotel to the park and if the shuttle was not there when you got to the station you could ring them and it would be there in 5 mins. It basically was convienient and some where to stay for Disney. Grab some croissants and cakes from the boulangerie buy the station for breakfast they were very good.

There were a few things that could be improved, a mini bar that worked would be usefull and I did not like the furniture in the room there were no draws or cupboards to put your things in. Didnt eat breakfast as I thought 12 Euros for bread and jam etc is a bit steep, the restaurant is quite expensive as well. Bussy as a town is modern and not alot there, we ate in one restaurant and it was pretty bad and expensive again.

The out door facilities and the shuttle bus - waking up looking into the forest was lovely! And it's set in a nice area for walking. The pool was a bonus! The desk staff were very welcoming and gave us loads of local travel info.

Lovely stay with small children, had a lovely breakfast in the morning. Was a lovely break right near to Disney at a more affordable price.

The hotel was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. Since being in Germany I expected the breakfast to be like the normal German breakfast but it was very good they had a good choice and American style breakfast as well. The hotel is also within walking distance of the metro which was nice and the day after we did that we drove to Disney land so it was in between the two things we wanted to do. We had a good time and experience while staying there.

Best part of the hotel was the bed which was comfortable and general cleanliness was good.

Though not needed, surprising that the restaurant was shut on a saturday night and there was no bar so we couldn't even get a drink before heading out to look for something to eat. No explanation but suggest it was because of low occupancy of hotel. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities given that no one was around to make any !
