Convenience for golf and location near Saint Malo The family room is not equiped with stair gates which I found very difficult as the mother of a toddler.

Even although we arrived after the reception had closed, arrangements had been made to provide access to our rooms. The room was functional rather than luxurious, but comfortable with most amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and on time. The location needs to be signposted much more from the main road, with prominent signeage. We had difficulty finding it in the dark. Did not notice any cctv in the car park which is some way from the accommodation and security lighting is insufficient. Some sort of snack dispenser would be useful, as there is no room servcie for people arriving after hours.

A great location very close to Saint Malo cross channel ferry port which made it an ideal last stop before travelling home. Also it's proximity to the wonderful town of Dinan makes it a good choice as a base. The room was very clean and nicely decorated with great views out over the golf course. The mezzanine level beds for the children were also a great hit. Highly recommended. Could have done with tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The location and golf course were excellent, with superb fairways and greens beautifully maintained. Our room was well appointed and comfortable but I found the air conditioning noisy. The food in the restaurant wasn't bad but not exactly gourmet standard. The restaurant seemed understaffed and the glasses laid on the table for dinner could have done with a good polish or another cycle in the dishwasher. Views from all the rooms are fabulous.

We know the area well but have not stayed at the hotel before. The staff were very keen to help with any problems. The room was quite spacious and there was always plenty of hot water. The restaurant was very good with seafood but had little choice for non fish eaters or vegetarians. Breakfast was adequate but not very special.

Très calme. Belle vue sur une étendue d'eau et un parc. Chambre quadruple avec mezzanine. Dommage que l'hôtel ne soit pas un peu plus séparé des pratiquants de golf. Pas de WiFi dans toutes les chambres.

Le cadre est très agréable, chaque chambre est équipée d'une terasse ou d'un balcon qui donne vue sur les greens, le golf est bien entretenu et bien décoré. J'ai réserve cet hôtel pour mon amie et moi, pour une nuit romantique, visiblement nous ne représentons pas une clientiele "intéressante" pour eux, l'accueil a été assez froid, on ne nous a pas propose de diner ou petit déjeuner a l'hôtel, c'est dommage on avait les moyens de se payer aussi les repas!

Le cadre est sympa, verdoyant. La Chambre manquait de propreté, La moquette etait sale, la canapé aussi.... Il n'y a que 6 chaines de télévision alors qu'il en annonce beaucoup plus. Pas d'ecran plat (a ce tarif de chambre c'est moyen). La baignoire et trop etroite.

L'ensemble Le petit dejeuner moins bien que dans les hotels b&b les prix pour le petit dejeuner ainsi que pour les animaux ne sont pas mantionnés sur internet 45e pour 2 personnes la chambre et 26e de dejeuner et 15e pour le chien total 41e contre 45e la chambre ?????

Pour 50 euros la nuit dans un hôtel 3 étoiles on peut pas vraiment critiquer. La chambre était très belle, équipée wc, bain, tv, au rez de chaussée avec vue sur le green. Un peu loin de tout, accès par routes de campagnes. Le plus ennuyeux était le bruit des tuyauterie lorsque les voisins du dessus ouvrent le robinet. (Assez bruyant) Donc un conseil réservez une chambre à l'étage.
