Convenience for golf and location near Saint Malo

The family room is not equiped with stair gates which I found very difficult as the mother of a toddler.

Even although we arrived after the reception had closed, arrangements had been made to provide access to our rooms. The room was functional rather than luxurious, but comfortable with most amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and on time.

The location needs to be signposted much more from the main road, with prominent signeage. We had difficulty finding it in the dark. Did not notice any cctv in the car park which is some way from the accommodation and security lighting is insufficient. Some sort of snack dispenser would be useful, as there is no room servcie for people arriving after hours.

Once we were on the right road it was well sign posted but finding the right road in the first place was hard work

The location and golf course were excellent, with superb fairways and greens beautifully maintained. Our room was well appointed and comfortable but I found the air conditioning noisy. The food in the restaurant wasn't bad but not exactly gourmet standard. The restaurant seemed understaffed and the glasses laid on the table for dinner could have done with a good polish or another cycle in the dishwasher. Views from all the rooms are fabulous.

Nous avons eu froid toute la nuit et n'avons pas du tout bien dormi. Nous avons tenté de joindre le personnel de nuit pour leur signaler, ce fut sans succès. Le lendemain, avant de quitter l'hôtel nous l'avons fait remarquer au personnel du matin, le réceptionniste nous a promis de faire un geste commercial. Lorsque nous sommes revenu régler notre chambre, le réceptionniste n'était pas présent mais ce fut une de ses collègues à qui nous avons soumis notre problème, elle n'en a eu que faire. Pour un hôtel avec ce semblant de standing, nous sommes très déçus et ne pensons pas y séjourner à nouveau.

La chambre quadruple est très spacieuse pour quatre et confortable . La vie est belle sur le golf et la forêt qui borde .

Le personnel à l'accueil est pas très accueillants et ne donne pas beaucoup de detail sur l'environnement !!! Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très copieux surtout après 9 h30 . Dans la chambre quadruple le robinet de baignoire est pas facile à manipuler !!!

Le petit dejeuner moins bien que dans les hotels b&b les prix pour le petit dejeuner ainsi que pour les animaux ne sont pas mantionnés sur internet 45e pour 2 personnes la chambre et 26e de dejeuner et 15e pour le chien total 41e contre 45e la chambre ?????
