Good size room and bathroom (it was classed as "Superior King"), recently refurbished, stylish design, very helpful staff.

The replenishment of room supplies (coffee, tea, soaps, etc) was unreliable. It was quickly resolved by a trip down to reception, but this shouldn't be necessary. At these prices you should be able to expect to have a few cups of coffee without having to chase the staff on reception.

Cleanness, nice fresh interior, very friendly staff, great location (two subway stations are quite close to the hotel - Grand Boulevards station is more convenient), the hotel is in the middle between Cite area and Montmartre hill (25-30 min walk to each of those), a lot of nice restaurants around.

Excellent staff, clean and elegant rooms. A good choice to visit Paris. I visited all the city walking from the hotel. The Metro station Grand Boulevards is within 5 minutes walking far. I suggest the restaurant Floquifil, good wine and food within 2 minutes walking around the corner of the hotel.

Breakfast food was of high quality, but very small choice in variety. For that price I was expecting a little more rich breakfast. WiFi not always with good signal level in the room, ok in the hall.

The rooms were small ( which is normal for Paris. ) The room was very sheik, loved the black and white and the room was clean! The staff was pleasant and helpful. I think the price was reasonable for Paris hotels. Was also nice to have water cooker in the room. To make tea and coffee. No complaints, this was my 4th visit to Paris and my friends 1st and we were both happy with the hotel! :)

Newly designed rooms, very comfortable, clean, elegant, quiet, beds very comfy. We took a triple room as we traveled with a child and it was very well arranged (the spare bed had its own small annex, a little separate from the main bedroom section). Large bathroom, with very good shower. The area is well connected to all attractions, quite a few restaurants and bars around. Really nothing to complain about.

The wifi didn't work at all with my I Pad in the room. Very small lift and no mini bar .

The hotel was very centrally located and since we were in Paris for just one day/night, it made our sightseeing very easy. Staff members were friendly and helpful during check in/check out.

It seemed as though the hotel was undergoing renovations and several areas in the hotel were affected as a result. The black walls, bed coverings,drapes, carpeting, and bathroom tiling made for a very dark stay. The lack of a traditional shower/tub combo made for quite a mess in the restroom. Due to the lack of shower/tub enclosure, the entire bathroom was wet after we had taken our showers. The best thing about the hotel was its location, there were 2 metro stations (2 minutes walking distance each) which made it easy for us to go everywhere. The rooms were well furnished in a modern style with good selection of colours.

For me, the most irritating thing was finding out that they give a much lower rate than booking.com!!!! I found this out when I asked for an extra night, I found that the rate was lower, and the most irritating was the explanation I got from the reception girl... She said that the hotel pays lots of money for booking.com so in return they had to announce higher prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room service was really bad, its done only upon request and was never done properly, they didn't even bother to re-fill the tea, coffee & sugar! The A/C was not working properly, and internet connection was poor. Last, the elevator was really bad, although the hotel is renewed, but the elevator was old and really scary!!

The staff were quite helpful.

The room was very small and dark. A bit dusty too as we are sensitive to dust and end up sneezing non stop in the room. Location not as convenient as we thought it would be.

Room doesn't match with the website description of a superior but it is just a standard, very dark at the first floor in the in-yard side. Breakfast over prized, viennoiserie not baked in the night chambre supérieur ne correspond pas au visuel et descriptif donné. Taille bien inférieur au 16m2, elle en faisait juste 10m2 hors sdb et correspond à un chambre standard mais par contre bien au prix d'une supérieur. Chambre au premier étage coté cour intérieur très sombre, n°107 à refuser comme chambre supérieure. Viennoiserie de la veille, rien d'extraordinaire dans le petit déjeuner buffet au prix surévalué de 12,90€

The hotel,though relatively small in size, was very comfortable and the staff at the desk was always helpful and spoke good English.The location is excellent for visiting Paris and close to transportation and walking distances, even though located on a not well-known street for many Parisians.We would recommend it for travelers who are going to Paris for the first time as we were.

The so called breakfast was way over priced and not worth the extra price.
