The location was in a neighborhood so it was neat to see people just locals going about their business.

No wash clothes and should have nicer towels.

Employees attitude is good and reply questions as possible as they can. Location is good and it takes about 5 minutes to two different metro stations.

The hotel is freshly renewed and as a modern stile that I personally like. The room was comfortable even when not very big (especially considering that I took the second biggest in the room list). Close to many services like restaurants, metro, museums and theaters. Very good position also to move by walking and to be in few minutes in front of the Opera Theater.

I found it a little expensive for the space and services (I was expecting at least the breakfast included and not for 20 Euro more). Depends a lot from where you come from, coming from north america where everything is just space and comfort in general was lacking a little of it.

Bed v comfortable. Room clean. Bathroom slightly larger than many budget Paris hotels and has bath/shower. Aircon effective and quiet. Clean. Staff pleasant. Good location...15 min walk from Opera and 5mins to Cadet or Grand Boulevards Metro. 2 mins to bus 67. Excellent Bistro on the corner 20 ft away.

Breakfast expensive at €12 euros but many cafes around providing breakfast at a reasonable price.

Interior design was great. Black and white room. Bathroom is small, but well organized. The staff was very friendly.

The twin room was a bit small and not soundproof.

Just what we expected for the money we payed! Clean enough. Good location. Very friendly and helpfull stuff:)

Too modest breakfast for that price so I wouldn't advise to take it. The room was not cleaned good next day:( and we missed two towels. I would prefer them not to clean at all in between...

I liked the rooms. They were nice and clean. The breakfast was nice. The staff was pleasant

It was a bit out of the way of most attractions. The shower flooded the room and it took several times before anyone fixed it.

Clean beds. Room cleaned to a high standard every day. Located near metros. Good shower and bathroom.

Standard not as high as pictures on web site appeared. Hairdryer in bathroom is an accident waiting to happen. Windows need replacing.

Loved the people and the service they gave and know that hotels in Paris cannot compare to America.

To say this hotel is in the Opera district is a bit far fetched. It's truly on the edge and if one wants to be IN the opera district, one has to take the Metro a few stops in.

A lovely big bath and a comfortable bed.

unfortunately the lifts were out of order on our departure and I needed to carry 2 suitcases down 3 flights of stairs.

The Best Western Diva Opéra is a wonderfully run hotel, located in an arrondissement that makes it easy to get to the major monuments of Paris. The receptionists were exceptional, especially Sonia and Clémentine, who helped me when I had to change our reservations. A great experience in a great hotel!

Room was spacious for one, and bathroom had modern amenities. Good AC.

The cleaning staff was deplorable, and made me hate my stay here. If I wasn't in Paris for work, with very long and early hours, I would have checked out early. It was that bad. The maid knocked on my door every 30 minutes after 8AM on a Saturday morning and never announced herself. I asked who was knocking and she would just disappear. There was no peep hole on the door. I was in Paris for 7 days working and Saturday was my only day off! I finally got up to answer the door at 10:30AM because she started to open it with her key! Mind you, my do-not-disturb sign was up ALL NIGHT LONG. She started to barge in when I quickly jumped out of bed to stop her from coming in unannounced. She screamed "TOWELS" at me in French and threw them at me. I am not kidding when I say she threw the towels at me, did not hand them to me. She told me she was done cleaning all the rooms in the hotel and she was leaving for the day. I told her it was quite early for me, and if she could come back in 30 minutes, I don't need long to get dressed and didn't want to delay her further. She kept saying she was done and would not wait one more minute. She was extremely rude and aggressive, so I thought it was just best to have her out of my hair. After this incident, the bathroom window was left open during the day, I assume while she was cleaning for me to find at night when I returned to the room (I was only on the 2nd floor), and she moved my belongings back inside my empty suitcase?? I was terrified thinking something was stolen until I checked in my empty suitcase, that I specifically unpacked to assume nothing of mine was misplaced or missing. She never took trash out of my room and left my empty water bottles stacked on my nightstand. When I was gathering my things to leave I noticed she had taken my house keys to my apartment back home - off of my keyring, which was a bit spooky for my taste and left me laying there awake my last night in the room.

Good location, close to a lot of good restaurants and nearest metro is only a few minutes away

Really dusty and stuffy inside the room, there was one day when they didn't provide a new set of towels (had to request for it), terrible wifi connection

Excellent value for money compared to other hotels - to be honest i was not expecting much with it being a best western but it was spot on - we are a couple in our 30s and stayed in Paris whilst watching jack johnson. Beautifully furnished, quiet, staff very helpful, very clean, bed and pillows mega comfy! Location excellent, can't fault to be honest for the price compared to other hotels
